You can stream your favorite content from the living room's flatscreen TV whenever you want to host a fun movie night with friends, and the full kitchen is waiting with all the appliances and counter space you'll need to turn out some delicious game-day snacks. Enjoy dinners and quick afternoon lunches at the breakfast bar with stool seating for eight. Off the kitchen, you'll find a shared bath, and there are four well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, one with an en-suite bath. Use the free WiFi to connect to your social media friends while the private washer/dryer take care of everyone's laundry. The central AC will keep the home nice and cool on those hot summer days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
