LIVING AREA

Gather around the gas fireplace on the plush leather sofa and armchair. Take in a movie on the 50-inch Apple TV. Upstairs, the airy loft is furnished with a queen sofa bed, a game chair, and a 42-inch TV with Xbox.

KITCHEN & DINING

The updated kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The chef in your party will be inspired in this well-equipped space. A glossy eight-person dining table sets the scene for special meals.

BED & BATH

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and a 40in Apple TV. A gorgeous bath features new granite counters and a tiled walk-in shower. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed while a third guest room has a beautifully crafted twin-over-full bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the backyard and patio. The bathroom on the main floor has new tile, granite details, and a tub/shower combination with a glass door.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Between the porch, deck, and patio, there's plenty of room to enjoy the great outdoors. Relax in the brand-new hot tub on the back deck. Fire up the gas grill and host a cookout on the back patio, then dine alfresco at the table for six.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
