BEDROOMS
Each of the 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms is equipped with a TV, noise machine, and blackout curtains for your comfort and entertainment.

Primary Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, dual walk-in closets, double ceiling fans, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Cozy and quiet, featuring a queen-size bed and a double closet for your convenience.

Bedroom 3: Thoughtfully designed with a queen-size bed and easy access to a shared bathroom, ensuring a restful stay.

Bedroom 4: This versatile space doubles as a cozy business area, featuring a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and direct access to the upstairs lanai—perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

Bedroom 5: Features a trundle bed with a full bathroom and access to a tranquil lanai, the perfect spot for reading or unwinding.

Master Bathroom: Indulge in the calming atmosphere of this spa-inspired space with an oversized soaking tub, rainmaker shower, etched glass accents, and LED vanity mirror.

Bathroom 2: A shared bathroom connecting Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 with modern and practical finishes. Also comes with LED vanity mirror

The living room invites you to its exquisite chaise lounge and queen-size sofa bed, offering plenty of seating and extra sleeping space. Designed for both comfort and convenience, it connects to the side exterior door, foyer, and family room. With a sound machine included, restful sleep is always within reach.

Family Room
The family room is the ultimate hangout, connecting to the lanai, pool, fire pit, and selfie corner. Enjoy a convertible pool and ping pong table, a 55" smart TV, board games, and a cozy spot for relaxing or chatting.

Kitchen
The kitchen is a culinary haven with stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas cooktop, and a built-in oven. Enjoy pure, fresh water from the Reverse Osmosis system.
Fully stocked with cookware, a TV, and a coffee/tea station, it’s designed for every need.
The breakfast bar and kitchenette offer seating for 10, with 4 seats at the kitchenette, 4 at the bar behind the chalkboard, and 2 at the coffee nook.

Outdoor Common Spaces
Pool Area: Spend your day in the serene chlorine-treated pool or unwind in the heated hot tub. Includes floaties for kids and peaceful lounging for adults.

Lanai Areas: Upstairs lanai features cozy seating for 5, and overlooks the pool for a calm retreat.
Downstairs lanai offers ample seating for 14, dual fans, and games like Giant Connect 4 to keep the fun going.

Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit, complete with six cozy chairs, and soak up the warmth under the stars. This inviting setup is perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends.

Grill: Enjoy our free-to-use charcoal grill, complete with a spatula, fork, and grill cleaning brush—perfect for unforgettable BBQs with friends and family!
Guest access
Personalized Smart Lock codes ensure stress-free check-in, provided an hour before arrival.

Guests enjoy full access to the home, pool area, and 8- car circular driveway, along with ample space for gatherings or relaxation in the pool, hot tub, lanais, and front porch. Exterior pool access from the upper level adds extra convenience.
Other things to note
Some important details to note about the hot tub:
Turning on the hot tub stops the waterfall.
During your scheduled hot tub time, It pauses for 30 minutes every 2 hours for cleaning and needs at least 10 hours of rest daily, which can be spread out.
When off, the system is either resting or running the waterfall to cycle the pool.

Exterior Security Camera
The property has one or more exterior cameras including a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and five additional external cameras situated around the premises. These cameras are located at:
- the lanai overlooking the pool
- the garage with a view of the driveway
- the side door
- 2 at the side of the house monitoring the pool equipment
