Villa with private pool and sea-view

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- guarantee 500 € (will be refunded 2 weeks after departure)

incl. electricity till 120 kwh/week and water till 15 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay)

The Space:
Comfortable and modern villa with fantastic sea views and private pool. The house is located in a very quiet residential area. It has a beautiful mediterranean garden with large covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area. The house is spacious and offers plenty of room for several families. Very good furnished.

Internet per Wifi available.

Overall a very nice us however refined location.

At pool level there is a spacious living area (with sofa bed), 1 kitchen (with dishwasher ) and 1 bathroom. The sleeping area is accessible by an interior staircase and has 4 bedrooms ( 3 with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a small kitchenette. The 4th bedroom is very small - and has no window.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
Restaurant and supermarket are within walking distance. The nearest beach is about 1 km away. It is a stoney bay ( with snack bar ). Ideally suited for snorkeling. There is also a rock to jump into the water.
Distance to the sandy beach 5 km, pebble beach 1 km, supermarket 200 meters and restaurants 500 m; Golf 6 km.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
Only small dog possible (till 10 kg an more then 1 year old).

The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday (its to request for other days).
