Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:
- Guarantee 600 ⏠(will be refunded 1 week after departure)
The rent includes 180 kwh / week for electricity and 20 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
The Space:
Marvelous villa with breathtaking sea- and panoramic views and private pool - very good furnished.
The house has 2 apartments, which are rented together to only one tenant. Air-condition in all rooms.
Apartment pool level:
spacious living-dining room with open kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms each with exit to the balcony (with fantastic sea and panoramic views), 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet.
Apartment below:
Living-dining room with integrated kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms each with an exit to the balcony with a great sea view, 3 bathrooms. There is also a small room beside the living-room with 2 single beds (no window) - only for children suitable.
The pool terrace impresses with the breathtaking sea and panoramic views, which can also be enjoyed to the fullest from the apartment.
Right by the pool there is a nice seating area with a mobile grill as well as an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet.
Very tastefully landscaped garden, which is very well maintained; with a Mediterranean ambience. There are many spacious terraces and seating areas - private atmosphere.
Internet connection available via Wifi. Completed parking space on the property (only suitable for small cars).
In the low season it is possible to rent only the lower apartment at a reduced rental price.
In this case, it may be possible that the owner occasionally uses the upper apartment for a few days in the off-season.
A staircase leads to the pool; the distance is about 30 m.
