 Roku TV, fast internet, large yard where you can see the sunrise in the back of the home and the sunset in the front of the home. 

Very close to the lake (less than 10 minute drive), close to many great nature spots, and University of the South, Downtown Winchester area, and the famous Jack Daniels Distillery. 

8 people can be comfortably accommodated, and if extra sleeping arrangements are needed, we have a comfy couch! 

We are a quick 10 mile drive from Tims Ford Marina and 3 miles from the brand new Twins Creek Marina. 

Kitchette upstairs, and a great quiet and cozy reading/writing nook upstairs. 

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We are always available via the app or phone to assist as needed and have a handyman in the area if anything needs to be fixed.

We live about an hour away, checking in will be done via a code. We always strive to be available for messages/calls when our guests need us. We also have someone on-staff monitoring messages throughout normal business hours.

The property is on a convenient and visible road. 



The property is located very close (approximately 1 mile) to the Winchester square where restaurants and shops are located. 

The closest grocery store is Walmart which is about a 10 minute drive. 

There may be some street noise, but the property does sit far off the street and we provide sound machines for every bedroom for your enjoyment/comfort.

You have access to the entire house except for a closet downstairs for the maids and the detached garage and shop.
