Located at the very tip of the Boothbay peninsula, you will enjoy stunning panoramic ocean views throughout this adorable 2B/2BA cottage. Enjoy the large primary suite which has a en-suite bathroom, a king bed, a Mitsubishi mini-split, and a smart TV. The second bedroom features an adjustable queen bed with a second bathroom right next to it. There are window unit ACs in addition to the mini-split and the house stays well-cooled in the summer. This cottage is located on a fantastic road called King Phillips Trail which runs right along the edge of the ocean and is a great place to walk or jog.

Everything was in place for a wonderful vacation. The view from the house was so beautiful, it was hard to leave to go on our many outings.Pamela was easy to communicate with even checking in to see if we were comfortable.

Kings View met all of our expectations.

The property had the most amazing views! The beds were very comfortable. The breeze was non-stop and we loved the 2 mile walking loop. Saw eagles, osprey, cormorants, ducks, gulls, and a barred owl! Mink were seen on the rocks in front of our cottage and our granddaughter had a great time on the little rocky beach.

King's View is a very cozy comfortable cottage. Very clean and well kept. It was the perfect location for us to soak in the ocean views, sights,and sounds and beautiful sunrises. We enjoyed the 2 mile loop around the property. Lots of privacy but a short drive to town.

Great view, great location.

Very clean, spacious home situated on a cozy cove. Close to many things but also great for relaxing and hanging out. We had everything we needed for a great week.

Coastal bliss

We really enjoyed our stay at King's View even with less than desirable weather conditions. The view of the surf was incredible. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay delightful an cozy.

Our stay was great! Great house. Great location. Great view. Great host and staff. "Great" is normally an overused and exaggerated adjective, but it fits for our time in Maine at King's View. Its peninsula general area is quiet and wooded with almost no traffic and is pleasant for walking. The location is also convenient to Boothbay Harbor and the surrounding area. My wife and I would gladly stay here again!

This house was amazing - we spent all our "home time" in the beautiful sunroom! The views were exquisite and with the door open we could hear the waves. Lovely outdoor patio to enjoy as well. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the host was very welcoming! We would LOVE to go back and look forward to another visit. Joyce & Wendi

Amazing view

This was a well maintained home with an absolutely gorgeous view. I did not want to leave because it was just so picturesque. It is a small home but nice to have two full bathrooms and there was plenty of space to enjoy. We used the kitchen and grill too. My family had a great week. It’s a short drive to many of the Boothbay area attractions and restaurants. Very nice experience.

Nearly perfect in almost every way

The cabin is cozy, well laid out, and in a great location with a nearly perfect view that was marred a bit by power lines that came as a surprise because they are not visible in the listing photo. The cabin was comfortable, though our adult son complained about the mattress in the second bedroom, and the kitchen had dated appliances and lacked a dishwasher. This rental is all about location, location, location.

This house was perfect! The view was amazing! It was great sitting in the chairs and looking out over the ocean! The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would love to come back to this beautiful home next year!

This incredible spot at the tip of a peninsula has incredible views in 3 directions. You can hear surf noise and feel the ocean breezes. We may be biased, but we think it is an incredibly special place in a gorgeous location
