Born and raised in Ohio, BGSU football player and ROTC graduate, served as an Army officer final rank as Captain. Adopted Texan, worked in many cities in the United States and some internationally. Early retirement from Continental/United airlines to live out my dreams of living on a paradise island! Well versed in project management, construction, financial services, mortgages, real estate and insurance (all lines). Seeking to help Military Families, Travel Industry Families and people looking to come and relax in paradise.

North American style accommodations. Condos each floor has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1900 sqft per floor and just 120 steps (garden pathway) to the beaches of West Bay and 4 min. Water taxi ride or 15 min beach walk to Tourist areas of West Bay or West End. Each floor has American Kitchen & Kitchenette, queen suite has separate sitting and kitchenette area. Local restaurants and bars plus scuba dive shop 150 yards down the beach. Top end services available and owner/operator lives on the property
