Could have used 2 televisions and the lighting in the bedrooms was not very good. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Old Florida vibe

For a small apartment, it had everything we needed. The amenities provided were of very good quality. Close walk to the beach and a good sized pool. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with host and manager were excelllent.

Amazing location

Perfect location just a block from a beautiful beach. Everything you need at this cozy little spot. Very clean and cheery inside. Modern bathroom, efficiency kitchen and a good pool make this a pleasant spot. The photos of the interior were a little different that what was actually there. The listing mentioned a king bed and a queen bed in the second bedroom. When we got there, we found one king bed and two twin beds instead.

Walk to ocean

The furniture was not the same as pictured but nice because a larger table with 4 chairs was now available for dining. We were surprised by the basket of snacks left there to welcome us. The bed was very comfortable. The unit faces A1A so at times there is traffic noise which concerned me at first time but actually slept great without earplugs I had bedside. The pool was nice & great to be able to walk just a few minutes to beach. The manager was onsite to check if we needed anything which we didn’t. We were very comfortable there & area seemed safe. We were pleased with our choice.

I've been to Florida many times stayed with family and a few hotels but this place was splendid..

This place was super great from the cleanliness the comphy beds it had everything we needed and the location fantastic a 3 min walk to the beautiful beach and ocean!! The Manager on site Donna is super nice & friendly she is there to help you with anything you need thank you so much your property is well kept quite clean safe and overall fantastic we will be back 100% and recommend it to all our family & friends.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and very comfortable. Can’t beat the location either, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We will be back soon!

Great stay near the beach

The property was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. It's 300 yards from the beach and has a lovely pool, albeit cold, that we had mostly to ourselves. The pet friendly was really nice as we had our dog with us. The beds were very comfortable, in fact a comfortable king size bed was very important to us since we were staying nearly 3 weeks and it was indeed as comfortable as our home bed. The responsiveness of the landlord and onsite manager was excellent. Once our hot water tank failed and it was immediately replaced so customer service was excellent. There were two bar b que grills on site and we grilled and cooked in our unit often with no issues. Overall it met our expectations and were happy with our stay.

Best location

Loved the location. Great place to stay with pets. On site manager was very accommodating . The apt was clean and they provided everything from shampoo to paper towels. Cannot wait to return.

Really nice apartment. Super close to the beach.

This is a very nice, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach and anything you need. It’s about 5min from grocery stores and a few restaurants but has the feel of a quiet beachy community. The apartment has everything you need including beach chairs, towels and such. The complex has a really nice pool with loungers and tables. I highly recommend this place!

Old fashioned, adequate, no frills

Small, clean two-bedroom with kitchen, one block from the ocean. Good location. Bathroom and kitchen basic but clean and functioned well. Nice pool. Helpful onsite manager. Excellent outdoor cooking equipment. TVs in every room, but limited channels available and inadequate, spotty wifi. Must not be afraid of dogs, as several of the tenants have friendly pooches that are often on the patio. We stayed for 2 weeks and were satisfied, with only the few knocks noted above.
