The room was great for my wife and I. It was clean and had plenty of the essentials to use. Our singular dislike was the bathroom sink drained extremely slow, other than that it was a great 8 nights.

Great weekend getaway

Great place to stay, Cheaper and better than staying a hotel/motel. Has everything you need. People were friendly. Pools were clean. Worth the stay!

Perfect Ski Stayover

This studio was easy to find, close to the mountain, super clean, super cute, and exactly what we were looking for. The property manager checked in the day before we arrived and the day after we arrived to make sure we were all set. We will absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place close to Loon.

nice Location

room was clean, fairly quiet, bed comfortable.. Appliances were well worn could use some updating. Enjoyed the location close to Franconia Notch State park. It would have been helpful to have a notice that there is an extra switch for the A/C behind the curtain and not just the control panel across the room, it would have saved us time.

Very nice condo, compact, but comfortable. I would recommend putting down some grips in the bathtub as I found it a little slippery. Also, printed directions for how to use the remote, for the TV would be extremely helpful! Other than that, it was a delightful place.

Really liked the location of the property, close to town and direct access to the river. Unit was clean and no carpet, which is important for me as I have dust allergies.

Great getaway

Just perfect for our stay. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed. Great location and the condo’s indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after a long drive with a recent back injury. We will definitely be back!

Welcoming

The efficiency was super clean, directions of use and access - spot on and communication super quick and friendly. The black out curtains and bed made for a fantastic night's sleep. . Lots of amenities with ease of access to all. Would recommend and stay again.

Great hiking base

Came to Lincoln for weekend hiking and this apartment was a great base: very clean and well-supplied. Nights were quiet for sleep, cooked in and had good walking-distance choices for eating/take out.
