En tre sovrum, två badrum trädgårdsstil villa på Deer Park Resort. Skriv in denna andra våningen lägenhet genom foajén och gå in i rymliga huvudsakliga bostadsutrymme inklusive fullt utrustat kök med mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin, matsal med plats för sex till åtta och vardagsrum med vedeldad spis och platt-TV. Från vardagsrummet tillgång till bakdäcket där du kan koppla av vid bordet och njuta av floden. Till vänster om det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet är sovrummet svit med queen size-säng, TV, fullt privat bifogat bad och flodutsikt. Strax utanför sovrummet är tvättstugan med staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Medan till höger hittar du ett andra badrum och ytterligare två sovrum. White Mountains trip

The place itself was perfect for us with a beautiful and convenient location. Very close to downtown Lincoln and North Woodstock. Overall impression is positive! The only drawback is that we arrived after dark and the entrance to building was poorly lit (perhaps there’s a light out?) making it difficult to see the steps.

Great stay at Deer Park!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 260 Deer Park! The location is great and everything in the unit was as promised. Just a short walk down to the lake or to the close tennis courts. The kids had fun out back in the river and we were able to grill dinner with the community grill. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Great Location, Uncomfortable Furnishings

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As an older couple, we found this condo pretty uncomfortable. The only seating was two huge sofas, very low to the ground. Very hard, and very difficult to get up from. Dining room chairs were small. Bed was a double--all other Deer Park condos we have stayed at had at least one queen. But the condo was very clean and well supplied and in a great location on the river.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have previously stayed at the location so we knew what to expect. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the condo. The house cleaner left soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Food from previous tenant was left in the freezer. The mattress in queen size bedroom was uncomfortable. When you tried to move the box spring made a loud squeaking noise.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in Deer Park many times, and always enjoy it, but this was maybe the worst unit we've stayed in. A lot of the dishes and glasses and other kitchen items were dirty. A lot of the decor was cheap, such as shower curtains that looked like they'd been purchases at a $1.99 Walmart special. The radiators also made an irritating hum. On the plus side, great location with a view of the river.

Beautiful Foliage Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed for our Columbus Day weekend. The location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had with the condo is that the entryway had a very unpleasant smell. It may have been the trash from the previous tenant was kept there, or possibly an animal had perished in the walls of the condo. It was unfortunate because every time we entered the smell would permeate into the condo and linger.
