It was better than I expected. This was my first time traveling to Florida and the location of the home made it easy to get around. It was great having access to whatever you needed to feel at home. We hope to stay here again for a longer visit

Great location to get anywhere in town! Super clean.

Local, had work done on house, rented this place for 5 nights. The back porch and yard is wonderful. Well a kit equipped kitchen. Everything was nice and clean.

Great Family Stay

This is great place to stay for a family. Centrally located to many beaches and other activities. Wonderful patio area and backyard for relaxation and family time. We enjoyed our stay!!

This is the second time we have stayed with Jeff in Warrington. It gives us more of a local feel and not so touristy. Close enough for us to everything we love but a real "going home" and the end of your adventure day that we crave! We love this house so much we would honestly buy it and make it our home! The neighborhood is always friendly yet quiet with the exception of the sound of freedom blazing, which we love(Blue Angels and other air traffic in the morning) and the nightime singing of frogs nearby. Jeff and/or the property manager are easy to contact and always quick with a friendly reply! We will book again, as if there was any doubt.

Family Thanksgiving Home Away from Home

This property worked extremely well for us meeting family in Florida. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful and met all our needs. Would lease again if we return to Pensacola!

Home away from home

Our family stayed in this home a few days and we really enjoyed our stay it had such a homey feel it was like being home away from home. The house is very clean and nicely decorated,it has WiFi,TV's in each bedroom and living room,all rooms are nice and comfortable,the master bedroom is more like a cozy yet spacious suite,wish we could have stayed a bit longer but it meet our families needs and then some, kids had a wonderful time,and the owner was/is very nice and communicative,it was a pleasure renting from him, thank you our family truly enjoyed our stay, would love to come back sometime in the future God willing.

Wonderful family stay

We had a lovely visit. Jeff was so accommodating. We made several requests such as obtaining a pack and play for my daughter to sleep in and he got one for us. Not only that he even got a brand new memory foam mattress for the pack and play. It was so thoughtful. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our party and the back yard area was a little paradise that you wouldn’t have expected for the surrounding area. We were so comfortable and will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Pensacola!

She runs a Doctors office and he is a Retirement Specialist and Host of the Safe Money Radio Show. Together they have 6 grown children and 10 grandchildren. Our homes are set up just like the ones we live in with many extras to make like more comfortable.
