On the main level, the breezeway deck hosts an outdoor dining area and nestled on the wrap around deck on the lakeside is the perfect morning coffee spot and BBQ grill. The open floor plan of the main level living room (with 55” TV) and kitchen island with eat-in dining is fresh and inviting and overlooks the lake and beautifully landscaped yard. The master king bedroom with sitting area/desk and 50” TV, walk-in closet and ensuite/hall bathroom as well as full-size laundry room complete the main level.

Venture up to the upper level loft where you'll find a delightful space to relax or head out to the upper deck and enjoy the lakeview on the adirondacks. The loft leads to the first of two upper level bedrooms (with two queen beds) that are adjoined by a jack'n jill style bathroom with a hallway “dressing area” to the second upper level bedroom (with one queen bed and sitting area with 50” TV). This second bedroom also enjoys an outdoor entrance to the lakeside deck with chairs.

Wander down to the lower level living area complete with 65” TV with bluetooth sound bar – the perfect place to cool down, catch a movie or play board games. You will also find two king bedrooms on this level – One with an en suite/hall bathroom and the other with a sliding door that leads to the patio with a bistro table and chairs.

The outdoor patio with fire tables, heater and plenty of outdoor seating segues to the walkway leading to the boat house, covered seating area and dock. Adirondacks, kayaks (4), paddle board, swim ladder, two jet ski ramps and plenty of places to tie up your boat await you at the lake! The boat house stores swim noodles, life jackets, as well as a small refrigerator/freezer to store your drinks and ice cream treats!

Last, but not least, the attached garage has been transformed into the ultimate game room!! Stock up the refrigerator/freezer in this room and get ready to watch your favorite games/movies on a 75" TV with bluetooth sound bar and subwoofer. Amenities and games include a large shuffle board that can be converted into a bar/seating area, a designated card table, Infinity game console with endless digital game options (including your childhood classics like Operation, Monopoly, Yahtzee and more)

Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!
