Four families under one roof for a week is a lot to ask of a home, and we're glad the lake access, the outdoor space, and the layout held up their end of it. Thank you for taking the time to lay out the rest so thoroughly — the concerns you raised about the condition of the home, the kitchen setup, supply levels, and the outdoor areas have all been shared directly with our team, including the safety point, which we're taking seriously. Feedback at this level of detail is genuinely valuable, and it's fair to expect a home to match what's paid for it. Glad the local manager was there when you needed him, and that the comfort of the space and the setting still made for a good week.
