Beautiful pool home with lakeside view, vaulted-screened lanai, BBQ and heated pool/hot tub. Relax in an open-concept, single-story house with 4 TVs, unlimited WiFi, 4 bedrooms, and multiple sleeping options. A short stroll from the community clubhouse with pool, tennis, basketball courts, children's play structure, and lush grounds and walkways. Close to local markets, restaurants, golfing, and public library, with plenty of shopping nearby. Right near the Braden River and just south of Tampa Bay and the Manatee River, this house is centrally located near IMG, Ringling Museum, Palma Sola Bay and Sarasota Bay. Bradenton beach is 12 miles away, and other popular Florida beaches – from Siesta Key, to Longboat Key, to Anna Maria Island – are also between 12-18 miles (20-30 minutes) away!

While not at the beach, golfing, or enjoying other thrills in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, the home itself is a true oasis. Open floor plan with morning sun rising over the lanai beckons for you to start your day poolside sipping your coffee or tea. Deep seating, bistro tables, comfy lounges, cornhole, pool volleyball, and BBQ make for fun and memorable gatherings. Watch your kids play in the pool while you cook or lounge inside the house or out, or see them fishing in the lake while you bask in the sun or pool. The lanai and lakeside view is accessible from the large, open-concept great room, where you can enjoy gathering around the TV with unlimited WiFi, or a good game of super-sized Jenga.

The great room centers this home, with three bedrooms on one side and the Master on the other (no stairs!). Bright, utensil-stocked kitchen overlooks the formal dining and great room and includes indoor laundry and separate, eat-in nook. Large sofa in great room opens into full-sized sleeper with memory foam mattress. Dedicated workspace with desk is available in the main room and can be easily moved into any of the bedrooms for privacy. Master bedroom also has a small desk that can be used as a workspace.

The Master bedroom includes a king-sized platform bed with drawers, large dresser with TV, two nightstands, small desk, and sliding door access to the lanai with gorgeous views from the bed and desk. Master bath ensuite is large, with two sinks, closet, tall and spacious shower, and separate toilet room. Bedroom 2 has a queen platform bed with drawers, two nightstands, and large closet, situated at the front of the home with a large window and quiet space. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are offset from the living room by a hallway with a bathroom nearby; bedroom 3 has two modern twin daybeds with trundles, cabinets with shelves and TV, and large closet; and bedroom 4 has a chic twin-over-full bunk bed, large dresser with lamp and TV, closet, and window to the lanai.

Guests will enjoy the entire home and driveway parking as well as full access to a community clubhouse with lagoon pool, tennis and basketball courts, children’s play structure and park, all just just a short walk from the house. We suggest flying into the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, which is only 15 minutes away and is so easy to move through.

Beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler, and kids boogie boards and pool and sand toys also are provided for your enjoyment! We also provide coffee, basic spices, and kitchen/laundry cleaning supplies in the kitchen, along with fun drinkware to suit all ages. This is the perfect space to bring friends and family together to enjoy both the area and the vacation home!
