This special home is tucked away on two wooded lots in one of the most sought after neighborhoods on Cedar Creek Lake (Star Harbor). You'll be within walking distance to both Cedar Creek Lake (SH Community Boat Launch) and the Star Harbor public 9-hole golf course. The home is flooded with natural lighting and offers the amenities of a 5 STAR Hotel. Large entry, beautiful kitchen furnished with Kitchen-Aid appliances, including a gas range and eat-in breakfast bar. This home is the perfect balance of comfort & style. Our symmetrical home boasts two family suites, each with a large private bath featuring double vanity, linen storage and large walk in shower. The common area is located in the center of the home with plenty of seating for everyone. Large closet for games, blankets and general storage flanks the dining space with a secret wet-bar on the opposite wall. The mega laundry room has full size washer and dryer, hanging space overhead and a 12 FT service counter! This is the landing spot! Unpack and unload - we have a place for all your belongings.
The new back patio is the perfect place to start and end your day. This large outdoor space features a gas BBQ grill, a dining and conversational seating area complimented with the ever popular SOLO STOVE. A stay at the lake just is not complete without at least one S'More! Complimentary firewood on site.
Bring your boat, your paddle boards, bikes and golf clubs! Get away from the city and actually see the stars that come out at night. This neighborhood is perfect for outdoor activities. The community boat launch and fishing pier is 5 minutes from our property.
Golfers! Feel free play as many holes as you want with daily play fees less than $30.00 on our charming 9 hole public course. Also waking distance from our property.
Experience world class fishing on Cedar Creek Lake when you book an excursion with one of the local guides.
Less than 10 minutes away from great Mexican restaurants, grocery (and liquor stores) as well as quaint shopping with local merchants such as Lakehouse Outfitters. Shopping First Monday in Canton Texas is a quick 30 minute drive and a day on the lake just a short walk from your front door.
Our property is also conveniently located within 15 minutes from two popular wedding venues, Sunrise Point and Margot Hill. If you're traveling to the area, please reach as we do our best to accommodate wedding parties who need one or two-night stays.

My husband and I have lived full time in Star Harbor for ten (10) years and we love every moment! We also own and operate Lakehouse Outfitters a retail, renovation and interior design company. Our store is located just 15 minutes away from this property and is open for retail guests three days a week, Thursday - Saturday from 10AM - 5PM. This property is one of our most recent renovation projects and we are pleased to have the opportunity to share it with our guests.

Private location, quiet and safe rated neighborhood. Close to amenities yet you'll feel miles away. Recently renovated so all is new, very clean and comfortable for families and friends to enjoy and make memories together.

With only two bedrooms the misconception is that it's a small house, yet in reality this one level gem boasts 1940 SF of living space. And. . . sleeps ten with our two spectacular suites! Each suite features a large private bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity and linens galore.
Many neighborhoods push back on short term rentals due to guests blocking streets and driveways with personal automobiles; this property has plenty of off street parking for cars, trucks and even boats and boat trailers.
Special Note to our Margo Hill Wedding Guests: My husband and I are original partners who developed the property and designed the venue and ceremony site at what is now known as Margo Hill. So if you love Margo Hill, we're pretty sure you'll love this little rental property. :)
