Stora sjöhus pÄ öppet vatten och en av de fÄ fastigheterna som har bÄtuthyrning pÄ plats. 3 sovrum / 2 badrum, 12 sovplatser. TvÄ vÄningar dockar strÀcker sig över 120 "i sjön för tillgÄng till djupt vatten. TrÄdlösa fjÀrrbÄtlyftar. Rymlig sluten utomhusdusch (varm / kall) med fantastisk utsikt över sjön medan du badar! Tre hÀngmattor för rep hÀnger frÄn bÄge och bryggor för ultimat avkoppling. Inuti kan du njuta av det luftkonditionerade garage som har omvandlats till en mangrotta. Spela PS3 eller Wii pÄ den stora skÀrmen, dart, ping pong och snooker (engelska 10 'x 5' biljardbord). Njut av komforten med tempur-pedic king madrass i sovrummet. Sovrum 2 har specialbyggda vÄningssÀngar med 2 dubbelsÀngar pÄ botten och 2 tvillingar pÄ toppen, sovrum 3 har en dubbelsÀng. Soffan i vardagsrummet och i spelrummet drar vardera ut i drottningssÀngar, med bÄda har tempur-pedic madrass. Underbart öppet kök med kylskÄp, mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin, skrÀpkompressor och dubbla ugnar. TvÀttstugan har tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. What a view!

We love swimming, skiing, paddle boarding and relaxing at the lake. This property has a lovely view of the water and it is a short walk to the dock from the lake house. The pool table and darts were fun at night too.

Family Vacation

We so enjoyed this rental. the homeowner so so welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. the place was clean and the game room was a Godsend. it gave the kids something to do when they had too much sun time fishing and tubing. We will deffinatly stay here again. Thank you

Wonderful place for family staycation

We had an amazing time on our staycation. The pictures don't do the house justice. Would love to return. Our 4 year old was sad when we got back home and wanted to return to the star house. Definitely recommend!

This property was more than we had anticipated. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lake front views. John was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Easy check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

College Reunion

Great place and great location. Host was super friendly and attentive. Our only issues were the boat didn't run well and the AC was set to not go below 73. Was a little hot in the bedrooms sleeping. Other than that it was a great stay. Would recommend to friends

Relaxing on the water

We had such a great time at this place. The view was great and the sound of the waves on the water just give you sense of calm. The kids loved the rubber dockie and we even made it out on the pontoon. At peak sun time we came in out of the sun and enjoyed playing in the game room before heading back out into the water. Such a fun mini vacation! Even the beds and pillows were comfortable. John was such a great host. Communication with him was so easy. We will definitely be back!

Guys weekend!

Great communication with owner - and he was available any time to answer questions. I did give him a hard time that he needed to update listing as we were supposed to find he had added WiFi! Awesome property with plenty of space and sleeping areas for a guys weekend. Made great use of the charcoal pit for grilling steaks, the pool table, swimming mat, and kitchen table that doubled as a great poker table each night!

Nice Property

This property is very nice and comfortable. The waterfront is beautiful, with spectacular views. We sat out on the back porch and at the boat dock. It was easy to find and quite clean. The owner stayed in touch and gave us all the information we needed. The only thing that disappointed was that the property is not 5 bedrooms as stated. It is 3 bedrooms and has sleeper sofas in the living room and garage, turned into a nice gameroom. Because of the makeup of our group, we needed to have separate sleeping for several people. If you have children, the sleeping arrangements would be great, as on of the bedrooms has two sets of bunkbeds that sleeps 6 (or more) perfectly! Overall, I would recommend this property and will probably stay here again, if the opportunity arises, since now we know the layout of the bedrooms! We appreciate being able to enjoy Cedar Creek Lake and appreciate owners like John, who are willing to share with us!

Relaxing Trip To The Lake

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect lakehouse for me and my two boys (8 and 10 years old). The location is ideal--easy to get to, but still tucked away. It was nice to have one of the bridges nearby as a visual cue out on the lake for how to get back to the house. The house was clean and easy to manage. My boys thought the game room was the coolest thing ever. I did, too, for that matter. John was an amazing host. He communicated early and clearly, was responsive, and was *incredibly* patient with me (as I had almost no experience with lakehouses or watercraft, and it showed). Hoping to go back again!

Celebration of Life

The property was beautiful, very manicured and fully equipped just like home. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the kids swim and fish off the dock. We had s’mores sitting around the fire pit area and the kids loved the large swimming mat.

Great place for a family vacation

John's house was perfect for our lake trip. The location was great (less crowded part of the lake) and his Man Cave gave us plenty to do once the sun went down. We rented jet skis nearby and floated in shallow area by the dock.

Great Stay!

Property was great! Booked house for my avid fisherman son and some of his friends for his birthday. We all swam and caught lots of fish. Host was super nice and responsive. We all had such a great time! Would definitely book again!

Lakefront relaxation and water fun!

If you want a place right on the water so you can fish, swim, boat or just relax on the dock by the water, this is it. The fishing was excellent whether from the dock or out in the boat. Our kids swam right from the dock and played on our Lilly pad and John’s all weekend. There is a soft clean bottom right off the bank that made lake access simple and easy. John was very accessible the entire weekend for any needs we might have had. The neighbors were great and very accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thanks, John!

Amazing Getaway

I came at the Lake house with the intention of having the best time with my friends and I sure did. It’s a really great place and you can enjoy indoors as well as outdoors. Just loved it! And the host was wonderful too!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway!

Although the weather was not perfect for our stay, we enjoyed this property immensely. It was outfitted with everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday. We cooked, played games, had a pool tournament, a dart tournament and played endless games of ping-pong. The back yard afforded privacy and room for the kiddos to play football and run. We fished a little from the dock and enjoyed the space. The views were nice for just sitting, and there were different areas for conversation or reading. We will definitely choose this spot again!

So relaxing

The sunrise on the water even greeted me from the master bedroom. The water is just everywhere and so lovely. Host was so accommodating to work with. For our family of four and grandad along too, the two bedrooms and third bedroom with bunk beds was super—beds were great. So much comfortable seating outside on patio, in yard and on dock to sit and enjoy the swimming/boating lake area. Our crew really enjoyed the game room with pool table darts and ping pong. Will come again!

My family and I live in Dallas and we love Cedar Creek Lake! We have hosted many events at our Lake House, with many people asking if they can rent because of the fun they've had during their visit. We are excited to share our property with you! If you decided to rent my boat, I will personally come out on your arrival and show you around the property to make sure you have the best experience possible.

There is nowhere better than being on the lake and enjoying family, the lake activities and fun with friends! Living on the water gives an incredible sense of peace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Sunsets on the lake are a favorite past-time for all of us to sit on the deck and enjoy the incredible view.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

With easy access to the lake, shadowed by the trees, facing south with a great breeze coming off the water - it keeps us cool no matter how hot it is outside and reduces the amount of bugs! Nothing could be better than knowing that we don't have to travel too far to escape to our little piece of heaven, as it is less than 1 1/2 hours from Dallas! Cedar Creek Lake is an amazing lake with so many areas to explore! Fireworks over the 4th of July can be seen from all over the lake! You don't even have to leave the back porch! Come check us out!
