Family vacation 2024

This place was truly unforgettable! My family and I had a blast and love that we could come back to a home like place and relax. There was a few bugs but it didn’t bother us at all the pools were fantastic, the restaurant was phenomenal I will definitely be coming back and booking !

Aside from traffic in the surrounding area, this was a perfect getaway for my 16yo son and I over Spring Break. Would return to Bahama Bay.

The property looked just like the photos when we arrived, but after settling in, we noticed a few issues—stains on the carpet and linens, worn furniture, and some drawers and cabinets that didn’t close properly. A bedroom door handle was also loose.The place itself is nice, but it could use a deep clean, some refreshed items, and a bit of maintenance.The property manager was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns quickly.

Regarding your concerns, we would like to clarify a few points: Linens: Had the issue with the linens been brought to our attention at check-in, we would have addressed it immediately to ensure your comfort. Carpet: The high-end, deeply under-layered carpeting throughout the property is nearly brand new, having been installed only three months ago. Furniture: Our furniture is chosen for being strong, sturdy, and decorative. While we work hard to buff out cosmetic scratches often caused by heavy luggage, we believe the pieces remain fully functional and stylish. Maintenance: We have noted your comments regarding the cabinetry and door handle and will have our maintenance team attend to these minor adjustments right away. We appreciate your input as it helps us keep the property in top shape. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Warm Welcome

The owner of the condo was very nice and communicated well with me. The community is very well kept and clean. They have 4 pools in which one of them is set up like a beach. Overall, very nice trip.

This property was perfect for our 2 week stay. The property was exactly as listed, spacious and clean. The resort itself was also clean and well maintained. I wouldnt hesitate to stop here again should we return and will definitely be recommending. Special shout out to Ash who has been more than helpful with great communication

Fantastic apartment and resort

This was our 6th visit to Bahama Bay, but our first time staying in this apartment. Bahama Bay is a great resort- well located, always well kept & tidy, and a number of pools (with bar and beach at the bottom of the resort). Our apartment was fantastic- modern, 3 x large bedrooms and very clean and comfortable. Well located for the main pool (less than 5 minute walk). Property manager Ashok provided us with check in and check out instructions (both very easy as access is by keypad) and responded promptly to any queries. Fully recommend staying here.

Great getaway

Property was nice and we enjoyed the space it provided us. Could use update in kitchen. We had called property manager about a few issues and were extremely impressed with the quick and efficient response. Manager was prompt, helpful and made sure we we’re taken care of. Beautiful Resort !!

This condo was perfect for my 3 week stay. Although the balcony was small, bonus there are two balconies for the morning coffees. This condo is not equiped for gourmet cooking, could use new pots and pans, but I'm wasn't there to cook so no problem for me. Walking distance (very close) to the pools was another bonus. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Note: this is a cashless resort, credit cards only for restaurant and bar.The host Ash was very quick to see to any needs. The television in one of the bedrooms was replaced within a day of my arrival.Although the condo is stocked with basics I would recommend stocking up on the usual, soap, toilet paper, etc if you plan on staying longer than one week. Also the condo has none of the essential kitchen needs such as salt, pepper, coffee (no keurig) etc. For the price, this is an excellent condo, I would highly recommend it.

Pre covid we did supply several condiments, but then with the threat of contamination and the inevitable lawsuits that follow the vast majority of homes no longer offer these things. We do provider a starter pack of essential items such as toilet paper, washing liquid, etc that is more than adequate for a short stay of a week. However, longer stay guests do procure their own favorite brands. You are welcome back any time!
