This was a birthday celebration for a family memberâŠwith four adults and two children renting the house. Having two masters was THE most important feature which caused me to rent the house. The master suite is spacious (although tired), however, the so called second âprivateâ master did not exist. Instead, there is a loft office (built-ins included) with a king sized bed, TV that did not work, no ocean view (as had been advertised) no covering over the âviewâ window, no door to the loft and a small unventilated bath at the top of the stairs. Had this been made clear in the advertising, we would have gone elsewhere.
When we walked into the house, it was 86 degrees because there is no air conditioning in the main living areas (only mini-splits in the bedrooms) and there is absolutely no coverings on the large windows that boarder two sides of the large living space so the house heats up very quickly. Not all the cooktop burners were working and the large freezer never worked.
This house needs serious updating. Had I known before I rented the place what I now know, I would obviously have gone elsewhere. I was very disappointed.
