★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $36 per day (tax included)
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with 2 days of advance notice (Note: It takes 24 hours for the pool water to be heated)
• Pool size: 11’ x 22’
• It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

Pets are not allowed.
The entrance to the complex is gated.
The community is under development and the home is relatively close to ongoing construction.
Community pool is expected to open in the Summer of 2022.
