Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views from this beautiful stilt 2 Bd/2 Ba vacation home located on the quiet south end of the park in a secure gated community. Features a 55' (split 42' & 13') concrete seawall! Perfect for boaters who need deep water and quick access to the ocean or gulf. Dock amenities include heavy duty dock posts, cleats, swim ladder, fish cleaning table, water hose and electric at the pedestal.

Upstairs on the second floor is an over the top vacation experience. The main living area is surrounded by windows and sliding glass doors, designed to capture the best of views, from the sparkling turquoise blue Atlantic Ocean, color changing sunrise skies, to romantic moonlit starry nights. Living room features a 49" SMART flat screen television, free WIFI, sleeper sofa and love seat. The dining room features a table to seat 6. The kitchen features full line of appliances, and is open to the main living area so that you can enjoy spectacular ocean views while preparing your favorite island cuisine. On the patio, enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs or dine at the outdoor table with 4 chairs.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with flat screen television. Wake up to those breath taking sunrises. The guest bedroom features a queen bed with flat screen television and closet storage with access to the hallway full size bathroom with shower/tub.

Soak up the sun relaxing by the dock or cool off under the covered open air patio with patio furniture. Additional amenities include BBQ Grill, Washer, Dryer, Ceiling fans and Central air conditioning and heating, and covered parking.

Breathtaking views

Property was perfect. Amazing views on the wrap around balcony. Boat docked right in front. Its even nicer than the pics. I can't wait to go back and stay at this location again soon.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful location and had a great trip!! Had all the amenities we needed. Wished there were curtains on the slider doors though to help keep the sun out when hot. I would also think twice if you need to sleep on the pull out couch. But overall, beautiful house and location

Nice place

Perfectly clean and suitable, as advertised. Beautiful views. The sliding glass doors whistle when the wind picks up, so the kids had a tough time sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed. The house is bare bones when it comes to spices, condiments, etc if you plan on cooking, so plan on taking all of your own stuff or purchasing literally everything you need.

Stunning

We couldn’t be happier with everything! The location was stunningly beautiful and relaxing. Kim was a wonderful host and did everything in her power to keep us happy. We love the stilt houses, it just provides a different view of the ocean. Morning coffee on the upper deck and lounging around with an adult beverage on the lower, priceless. Everything you need is at your finger tips; a great grill, scissors, fresh seafood, and beautiful scenery. Thank you for everything, we can’t wait to book our trip next year!!

Nice property, very clean on the surface but there was food on the rug, under the coffee table (not ours). Beds were extremely comfortable! The kitchen was nicely stocked as well. No spices or seasonings so bring your own. This was our 4th stay with VO, but it was the first time we had no bikes, no kayaks, and had to provide our own toilet paper and paper towels. My fault! I should have read the description better before booking. I just took it for granted that would all be there as they were in the others we rented in the past. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Oceanfront paradise

What a beautiful place to stay. The view over the Atlantic each morning is spectacular. The house is exactly as advertised. In a gated community and we had zero issues. Peaceful, friendly folks at every turn. The house is clean, well stocked with dishes, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date.
