You can walk to the campus of Stanford and down town of PaloAlto. very good location , 101 free way is just around corner . It is very nice neighborhood. there are two people can stay, you want to stay three people. it is ok ,but a little crowded

Clean!

Spotless ADU on beautiful property in lovely Palo Alto. Landlord was responsive. Neighborhood is great but a long walk to Stanford. A light outside the property would be useful. Would recommend this property for one person or a couple.

Clean cozy studio/ADU near downtown North Palo Alto

Needed short rental due to house fumigation. This was close to our home and provided what we needed for 3 days. Host was amenable to a couple of not usual requests. Parking area turn around is tight. Better to back in from street. Overall great for 2 people

Close to hospitals

My husband, son, and I were in Palo Alto for a surgery, so we were looking for a property close to the hospitals. This was located in a very nice neighborhood about a ten-minute drive from the children's hospital. It's a cottage next to the main house on the property, which is gated. It's very small but has the basics. The shower was good, the bed was odd but comfortable, and the washer and dryer were very nice. The sofa in the pictures is not a sofa bed--the bed for the third person is a cot next to the other bed. The room seemed too small to me for three adults, but as we were planning on two people being at the hospital most of the time it served our purposes. We were obviously the first people to stay here. There were a couple glitches since it hadn't been used before, mainly that the inverter (AC/heat) didn't turn on. Iris was out of town, but was extremely responsive to my messages and had someone there the next morning to look at it. All in all, the property was nice and worked really well for what we needed.

Outstanding experience. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it was as fantastic as the first. Great location. Clean and well represented by the pictures. Easy to drive to and from Stanford campus (we were here for a sports camp). Having a washer/dryer is a huge plus. I couldn’t ask for more. Communication was excellent. I will stay here again anytime I am back in Palo Alto!

perfect property

Perfect location and floor plan. Off street gated parking. small but has everything you need. My kid stayed here for three weeks and found it to be great for one or two people. Host is responsive and check in was super easy. Very private. Strong wifi signal. Highly recommended.

Perfect location!

Perfect place for two people. Very clean. Pictures are accurate. Best location for travel around Palo Alto and the Bay Area in general. Safe neighborhood. Easy checkin. Great communication from Iris. I really loved that parking was behind the gate. Couldn’t hope for better. 10/10. A+

Good studio in Palo Alto

The studio was nice and worked well for me overall. It was clean and functional. It is walkable to downtown Palo Alto but far and really too far to reasonably walk to Stanford. It would be best to stay here if you have a car or are willing to Uber a lot. The other minor complaint is that there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine, and it is a type of machine that you cannot buy pods for easily in a store. So there was a nice coffee machine that just sat there useless. I would have contacted the host to see if they had any, but I could not figure out how to contact them through Vrbo.

The Place was great and perfect!

Yes, we had a wonderful stay. The place was awesome, so near to Stanford University where our son is staying/studying & whom we were visiting, the area is very residential and quiet but very near to shops and dining places. Communication with the owner was great and whole process was seamless. We hope to avail of their services again in one of our future visits to Stanford. We won’t look for another place to stay. This place was so great & perfect for us.
