Brand New Construction in the West Gulf Beaches neighborhood is this perfect vacation home with a refreshing private pool. This home is secluded between the dunes for a relaxing getaway, while centrally located and just two blocks to the beach!

Between the Dunes is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum and multi-use path. Whether exploring the Island by bicycle or paddleboard, searching for shells on miles and miles of award-winning, unspoiled beaches or just relaxing with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this beach home delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast! The vibrant arts, culinary and shopping scene of historic and charming Apalachicola is just 25 minutes away by car!

The exterior of this home offers under house, concrete parking. A wonderful pool with plenty of Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges will make it a favorite place to splash and relax on your Island vacation. A picnic table and outdoor shower with hot and cold water are also found here. Storage for all your pool and beach gear.

The open floor plan of this home offers a deck with super comfortable seating and views of the blue skies and natural vegetation. The king bedroom enjoys a full, private bathroom, a flat screen TV and direct access to the porch. The queen bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV. The bunk bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin/queen bunk bed with twin trundle. A flat screen TV is also provided. Two full shared bathroom is available on this floor.

The bright kitchen is well appointed and enjoys a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The adjacent dining area boasts seating for 6 guests. A large smart TV is provided so you won't miss the game or special tv show while cooking and dining. Direct access to the porch is just off the living room through sliding glass doors. An additional bedroom is on this floor and offers sleeping for 2 in the twin built-in bunk beds. A full bathroom is provided for guests' convenience.

Bed Sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed (1 Queen 2 Twin), 1 Bunk Bed (2 Twin).

This home is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island. (Please follow golf cart rules)
Guest storage to the right of the outside shower has beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart for guest use.

The Gulf Beaches neighborhood of the Island is very popular among vacation guests and close to Island shops and restaurants, the multi-use path that connects the entire Island, and just 20 minutes from Apalachicola's shops, restaurants, and arts scene! The oldest neighborhood on the Island, Gulf Beaches has an "Old Florida" feel that keeps families and friends returning year after year.

A Wonderful Week

Our family's second trip to St. George Island was the best by far. Between the Dunes has everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. A good time was had by all, and our grandson loved the TV's! :-)

Perfect Stay

House was perfect for our needs. Had room to park a 25’ boat and 2 vehicles. Bedrooms were nice and mattresses are new and comfortable. Pool was cool and refreshing after fishing all day.

Amazing house!

This house surpassed our expectations. It was so nice and spacious and had all of the amenities we were used to staying at places much more expensive. It is a fairly short walk to the beach and it was never crowded. Roxanne was there to help us with anything we needed. Absolutely would stay here again!

Wonderful home and beautiful beach

We had a great week. Beautiful home with all the needed amenities. Very spacious and modern home. Central to all attractions and the beach whether by car or golf cart. We will definitely be booking again. We not only enjoyed the beach but grilling and hanging out by the pool as well.l

Great Location

The house was close/walking distance to the store and restaurants. We enjoyed the comfort of the house, it was stocked well! The beds and linens were top grade! We utilized the kitchen and it had everything we needed! We stay in lots of vacation homes and this one was by far the best and offered everything for a day at the beach or the pool! My girls loved the pool floats and since we flew we needed it all!

Beautiful home not far from the beach

We loved this house. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool. The backyard is very secluded which was nice. It was not a far walk to the beach. Roxanne the property manager was very helpful and responsive. This was our first time staying in this town. We loved that it wasn’t so busy yet still had plenty of restaurants and shops.

Awesome home! GREAT time!

Our family has stayed at "Between The Dunes" for 2 summer vacations. Grandparents, kids, grandkids. Plenty of room. VERY CLEAN. Everything is just beautiful and very well-maintained. The beach access is very close, but we rent a golf cart to get around on and that is perfect. The pool is a wonderful place to relax and cool off. They have everything you need to cook, enjoy the beach or just hang out. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!

Great Weekend

The house was just as pictured and described. We had everything we needed, for cooking, beach, and pool. The house is in a great location, close to the center of the island and beach access. We have been coming to St George for 11 years now, this is the 1st time we have rented thru GOSGI, and we would not hesitate to rent with them again!! Great host and great house!! Terry and Lindy

Beautiful, clean, very well stocked with kitchen supplies, bath and beach towels, comfortable beds and pillows, Above our expectations.

We love St. George Island for the quiet and relaxed tone of the island. We hope it can remain that way in the future. Between the Dunes is a fabulous place to stay . It was clean ,the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. We had several family members come and stay with us at different times while we were there and they all commented on how nice this place was and had plenty of beds for our needs. The location was centrally located and was really private on one side of the property next to the pool which was nice. We also would highly recommend GoSgi vacation rentals,. Roxanne was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions we had . We would definitely stay here again ( and so would our guests ) either with or without us!
