This house was amazing. Great location, super clean, a/c and washer/dryer worked great, and there is plenty of room for everyone. Our 2 dogs even enjoyed this super pet friendly home. We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting on the front porch with the dogs, the short walk to the beach, and spending the afternoons at the pool. Jody was super friendly from the moment we made the reservation and through our stay! She supplies many things that have never been supplied before at any other rental I have stayed at. We will stay here again!

If you have this in your saved/loved just get it! It is worth it all. The views of not just the ocean, sunrises, but also the bay sun sets!!! The pool! Omg is amazing! The house is massive! The extra restroom and fridge downstairs was such a bonus. Tv in every room, extra towels and beach towels on each bed. Great water pressure. Outside shower and fish cleaning. A 2 second walk to the beach entrance. The parking under the house. So many things that were just amazing and beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen! I mean it’s a dream house that we got stay in, almost a wonderland! The owner is the best! She was so nice and helpful. We can’t thank her enough for letting us live the best week ever in her home. Oh and the AC dang it’s amazing!!! You may need extra blankets cause it’s soooooo good.

Family Beach Trip

We love the house. Very cozy and beachy. My grandchildren loved the pool as did we all. We enjoyed the front porch each evening. Very short walk across the street to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed the house and the week!

Beautiful place in the sand and sun.

We had a great time and everything was great. The pool was an extra fun for the teenagers. Beach in the morning and pool later in afternoon and sometimes an evening swim. The house was clean and accommodating to us. I relaxed and read a book that was supplied by the owner which I appreciated.

SGI Family Summer Kick off trip

We love SGI and come every year to kick off summer. Sea Breeze is a very nice property located on the quieter west end with ocean view, close beach access and a private pool. Pet friendly, well equipped kitchen and the use of beach towels, beach/pool toys, chairs and bikes was a nice plus.

Much needed vacation

This was our first time to St George Island and we really enjoyed the house, beach and relaxed and quiet area. The house with all the amenities was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at, and will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway with excellent beach access

The house was well stocked and maintained. Excellent amenities like the heated pool, open porch with crows nest for visibilty of the ocean, and of course the easy access to the beach. We had excellent communication with the owner and resolved a problem (our fault) amicably. I've stayed all over the island but this is the only one I'd like to return to someday. Thanks again!

Family vacation

The property was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The house was the perfect size and location for what we needed. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, and some cleaning that did not appear to have been done after the previous renter. There was a bad storm early in the week which left leaves and debris in the pool. However, our overall experience was great, and I would recommend this property to others.

Well equipped house, wonderful trip

Our stay at Sea Breeze in July 2024 was perfect. We were traveling with 2 families, a total of 4 adults and 5 kids ages 10 and under. The location is just one house away from the public beach access, which made the walk very easy for our families. The house is well laid out to accommodate 2 families. It was a perfect amount of space to allow for some separation, if desired. The house included a number of things that we have not had provided in the past, including a couple bikes, beach towels for all guests, good beach chairs, a propane grill (our prior houses only had a beach-style charcoal grill), and even laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property listing on VRBO includes a LOT of details that we found to be up to date. I would encourage you to read them all. Finally, the property manager, Jody, was SUPER responsive which made even the few questions that I had quick and easy. Thanks for another great year on SGI!

Wonderful home that met all of our needs.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was as described in the listing. Jody was very responsive and easy to communicate with for the few questions we had. The pool was an added bonus and much enjoyed. Only downside was need for additional wash clothes for the quantity only allowed us to get through one round of showers before washing. Highly recommend this property! Angella S.

Nice vacation rental

The house was clean and well stocked. The beach chairs were awesome. The manager was quick to reply and helpful when I had to change my dates. The beds were comfortable. You can see the ocean from the porch. Pool was nice. Did not feel too comfortable with the camera set up inside the home, it says they are not on but it felt invasive, it was perfect other than that.

Amazing private pool close to beach!

My family and my parents had an amazing stay here! We loved the heated pool and the proximity to the beach. The Aloha room was so adorable and provided amazing views of the beach and the island. We enjoyed all the board games available on one rainy day. The pool bathroom and outdoor shower were a convenient bonus we didn’t even know we needed. We’d definitely stay again!

It was amazing!! The beach, the pool, the house, the LOCATION. This was the best place I have ever stayed at on St. George Island. I went to Anna Maria Island last year and came back to St. George Island this year. There is no comparison. There were some shark fishermen staying close by. At dinner time they would set up for the night of fishing. Twice we got to see there catches. An 8 foot Bull Shark one night and about a 6 foot Bull Shark the next day. I would love to come back next year. I hope my schedule permits it!!! Thank You Jodi!

Sea Breeze, St. George Island

The Sea Breeze is a beautiful vacation home. Eight of us stayed a week and had plenty of room to separate or be together. The beach is as beautiful as we imagined, clean and not crowded at all. Beds were comfortable, decor was very warm and filled with beach motif. Pool was fantastic! We used it daily. The island itself is small yet with lots of things to do. Great restaurants such as Blue Parrot and coffee at Bayside Coffee was amazing. Lighthouse and gift shop was worth the time. The Piggly Wiggly on island was small but had everything we needed. One thing you should remember is host supplies 1 beach towel, 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person. I found out that is standard in the southern areas . So just bring what your family needs. Hope to stay again .

Perfect House

This house has EVERYTHING! The house has perfect sleeping arrangements of our family. Mama and Papa, daughter, husband and 3 kids! The kitchen is well appointed. We love the downstairs room with fridge and toilet so that no drippy , from the pool, trips upstairs to use the restroom or get drinks. The top small bedroom has perfect views of sunrises or sunsets. It is a very short walk across the street to the beach. The owner provides beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys, beach towels, and plenty of start up paper and cleaning supplies. Just bring yourself! We have visited St George for many years and this is the best house we have ever stayed in. Thanks for a great week Seabreeze!

Sea Breeze has a special place in my heart. I lost my first husband unexpectedly in July of 2014 while we were on vacation. Our last dream was to purchase a home on SGI and spend a few months at it during the winter. After receiving his life insurance money, I decided to use it as a down payment to make our last dream come true. Even though we never spent any time on SGI, he is here with me in spirit. I want others to have a happy place to spend quality time with their family because life is short and making memories is so important. So please, come stay, make memories and enjoy every moment you have been given on this earth! The pool is relaxing, the beaches are beautiful, the sunrises and sunsets are amazing! Walk on the beach hand in hand under the stars!

Enjoy the unbelievable views of the Gulf with Sunrises and Sunsets from the Aloha Room with its 360 degree views from the top level of the house. It is amazing!! Relax with a cup of coffee from the Keurig in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the covered wrap-around porch while rocking in the Adirondack chairs. Swim in the private pool surrounded by palm trees with the kids. This house promises to be fun, bright and convenient to everything you want to do and is just a short bike ride to restaurants and shopping. The beach is right across the street! Take a walk at night looking at the stars and watching the sand crabs run along. Lay on the beach during the day, surf and watch the dolphins and flying fish! Bring the kids and the dogs!
