As you walk in the door of this single family home, the main floor presents with original hardwood floors, new furnishings and a fully equipped, updated kitchen (with standard pots, pans and cooking utensils), granite countertops, dishwasher, and a round kitchen table for eating. The living room has a 55â Smart TV available with Netflix, hulu, amazon, and high-speed WiFi. As you walk down the hall, you'll find 1 full bathroom (tub/shower, sink vanity and toilet) and 3 rooms; 1 king and 2 queen size beds. As you descend the stairs to the basement level, the flow of the home continues with updated flooring throughout each room; a utility room with washer and dryer, 2 additional bedrooms (2 queens), 1 full bathroom and a spacious living room with another 55' TV, space for dining, foosball table and an area to work from home equipped with a desk and chair. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with area rugs and original artwork & photography by both of the owners. The rooms have ample closet space, luggage racks, dressers, night stands with lights and charging cords/ports, fresh sheets and towels. The house has heat and AC and ceiling fans. The back yard + patio has a fenced in yard, patio furniture, and grill.
House access will be through the front door with keyless entry. Codes will be provided close to the arrival date for worry-free check in.
