We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This home is situated in a tranquil and family-oriented neighborhood, just half a mile away from major highways and interstates for convenient access to both downtown Denver and the mountains. You will find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more in close proximity, making it an ideal base camp for your Colorado adventure. Make yourself at home! Your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except for the two locked supply closets.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Settle into a giant beanbag as the glow of a Pac-Man screen lights up the room, or sway in a double-wide hammock while the evening sky fades to shades of gold and purple. As night falls, gather around the fire pit in the backyard, flames flickering while conversation stretches late into the night. This Denver retreat invites you to slow down, connect, and enjoy time together in a home designed with comfort and play in mind.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms are spread across two levels, giving your group space and flexibility. On the main floor, two king bedrooms feature plush linens and room-darkening curtains, sharing a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The lower level offers two kid-friendly rooms: one with three twin beds, including a pull-out trundle, and another with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A second full bathroom with a stand-up shower is nearby, and while ceilings downstairs are about six feet high, wide hallways make moving around simple.

Living and entertainment
Two distinct living spaces let everyone relax their way. Upstairs, a mid-century inspired lounge includes a sectional and leather chairs around a 55-inch smart TV, flowing into a dining area with seating for six. Downstairs, the retro game room is a playful hub with Pac-Man, Connect4, foosball, and a sectional sofa facing another 55-inch smart TV. Board games add to the mix, while a quiet yoga room offers space to recharge. High-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and an Ethernet connection keep you connected throughout your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals, featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with double oven, and a stocked coffee station. Cooking basics and pantry staples are provided, making it easy to prepare everything from breakfast to a full dinner. A dining table seats six indoors, and outside a larger set offers seating for eight.

Outdoor living
The backyard is set up for gathering, with a sectional sofa circling a fire pit under the night sky. An outdoor dining table with umbrella sets the stage for meals in the fresh air, while the double-wide hammock invites long afternoons with a book. Patio furnishings are seasonal and stored away in colder months. A small bistro table on the front porch provides a quiet spot for morning coffee.

Amenities and extras
This home is pet-friendly and family-ready, with a pack-n-play, high chair, washer, dryer, and essentials like towels and linens included. Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans ensure comfort in every season. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Parking is easy with a two-car garage, driveway space, and free street parking.

Neighborhood
Located in a tranquil, family-oriented neighborhood less than half a mile from major highways, the home provides quick access to downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and local restaurants are just minutes away. From Coors Field and Mile High Stadium to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Boulder, and Denver International Airport, many of Colorado’s top destinations are within a short drive, making this retreat a convenient base for your stay.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
