Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here especially in the summer. The air conditioning was broken for the majority of the stay with temperatures daily reaching over 80 degrees inside the house. This was very uncomfortable especially with my 4 month old baby. The host sent a technician several times but they were not able to fix it. We were instructed to turn off the AC to let it defrost, keeping us in the heat. Also, upon arriving, we smelled strong cleaning products with very potent smells which took several days to dissipate. On the positive side, the home is large so it could host many people, the neighborhood was pleasant to walk through, and the host was very communicative which was appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to review your staying with us. I’m very sorry the air conditioning was inoperable for much of your visit, that is unacceptable, especially with a 4‑month‑old in the home. We did dispatch technicians multiple times and understand the suggested defrosting steps were insufficient; we’ve escalated the matter to an HVAC specialist to identify a permanent repair or replacement and to prevent recurrence. I also apologize for the strong cleaning-product odor on arrival. We instructed our housekeeping team to use milder, low‑odor cleaners and to ventilate the home thoroughly before guest arrival. Thank you for noting the home’s size, pleasant neighborhood, and our communication. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve future stays. AirSimplicity Team

This is a really cute house in a sweet neighborhood, close to the highway and easily accessible to several local restaurants, shopping centers, parks and other attractions. We chose it for its proximity to CU Boulder campus for graduation weekend. The 30 minute drive to campus made it convenient to activities while still being affordable and set away from the chaos in Boulder. Parking was difficult for multiple cars, but not impossible. This house had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The host was friendly and responsive. Rooms were largely as pictured. The house was not incredibly clean. There was what appeared to be drywall dust on everything on the bathroom. The room to the left of the bathroom had bedside tables that were sticky and very dusty to the point where running a finger along it left a trail. One bedroom smelled faintly of old cigarette smoke and cat urine. The video game console in the basement (Pac-Man, I think?) didn’t work a the screen would turn on but you couldn’t play. Due to the chaos of grad weekend, I wasn’t able to reach out during our stay as our schedule was packed and we had 30 guests in town to celebrate.

Thank you for the detailed feedback about your stay at Westmin-7975 Robin Ln. I’m glad the location, layout, and kitchen worked well for your graduation weekend and that our team was responsive. I’m very sorry the home wasn’t as clean as it should have been and that one bedroom had an unpleasant odor. We take reports of dust, sticky surfaces, and lingering smells seriously. We’ve reviewed your notes with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and have taken the following steps: - Performed a deep clean of the bathrooms and all surfaces, including addressing drywall dust and sticky bedside tables. - Treated and laundered soft goods and inspected fabrics to remove any odors; we’re pursuing additional remediation where needed. - Inspected and repaired (or replaced) the video game console and other electronics in the basement. - Updated our turnover and pre-arrival checklists and reinforced quality checks with our cleaning crew to prevent these issues in future turnovers. - Added clearer parking guidance to the listing so groups with multiple cars know what to expect. We regret that the timing of graduation weekend kept you from reaching out during your stay , had we known, we would have sent a team right away. Thank you for calling these items out; your feedback helps us improve. AirSimplicity Team

Robin house

It was a nice stay, i had 3 of us in the house and worked good. Very great communications. The only dislike was the neibor across the street. Took all the parking on the street and infront of the house.
