No.103 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned studio condo we've named "Three Men and a Matey". Three Men and a Matey offers beautiful ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio that is steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach. This spacious studio can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and the bathroom features a bathtub and shower.

Three Men and a Matey also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Ok for the price

I thought it would be more private. But it was nice that it was on the beach. Main thing that wasn't included was the regular accommodations for a rental. It was basically a motel.

Great ocean view

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future. The location was amazing with beach access just down the walkway and an unobstructed ocean view from the studio. The listing for this property was pretty accurate so we got what we expected. The TV has been upgraded to larger mounted smart TV but we did not use it on our trip. One downfall to this unit is there is a faucet on the outside wall between this unit and the one next door which people use to wash the sand off their feet so people were constantly stopping there to use it. My kids enjoyed having a pool on-site, however, they were only able to use it the first day of our stay as the pool was closed for cleaning due to the chemical levels being off after multiple families used the pool on the first day. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not.

2 day stay

I always make several trips to coast winter time , less people and stay within one of the D-Sands units . I get work done and amazing view of the ocean. It's good bang for your buck with your winter rates , not opposed to spending good money on nice rooms on the beach . I'm of the theory of your coming to coast your hotel best be on the beach . That said , I've never stayed in this u it before . Nice enough . Had everything I needed. The carpet needs replaced , I wouldn't go barefoot in there , you can visually see bigger stains and just looks dirty . Something to add on check in notifications that parents should keep their children quite before a certain hour . I woke up to a child screaming and playing up and down the walkway in front of rooms, beach side. Pushing a truck and screaming for no reason, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. child then proceeded to walk up to my glass patio door , press his face against it and look in while I was waking up with coffee. Not what I signed up for . Parent was sitting outside with out a clue or care, it's rude. Not your companies fault but maybe a blurb in the check in notes we receive online to watch your children. All in ll, good value, will stay whenever I come to coast . When looking at rooms on your website for booking is there a way to tell which rooms are second or third floor? For my future stays if not having to deal with children I'd gladly book top floor so they aren't running , screaming and peering into my room .
