Loved it next time though we will ask for bottom floor the steps were a lot for us in our 60’s

Relaxing night

Beautiful ocean view! Unit had everything we needed. Great location too. Management was very thorough in communication and instructions. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

This was a very comfortable condo, adequately stocked, centrally located, and with an amazing view. A wonderful getaway!

Enjoyed our time.

The vista off of the patio is the best selling point. Sunsets were always amazing. Condo was clean and comfortable with lots to do within easy driving distance. People we met were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay!

Summer Vacation

It was an excellent location and the beach was not crowded at all! We were able to relax and walk the sands in peace and that's what we were looking for.

Great location, just enough space

This was a nice place to stay while visiting Lincoln City. My two non negotiables are an ocean view and separate living and sleeping space (since we're travelling with a young kid). This location delivered, and for a very reasonable cost. I would definitely come back.

Great Getaway!

Billy the Squid is a third floor unit with beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed catching the sunset from our balcony every evening. Kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs. Bathroom is spacious and had plenty of towels and storage. We had a great stay!

We were very happy with our rental! The outside could use some TLC in terms of the grounds and the exterior of the buildings but the interior was very clean and stocked. Thank you!!

The view is AMAZING. We spent a lot of time in our room looking out the window at the ocean. I stepped out on the balcony and took beautiful pictures of two sunsets. The weather was nice. I recommend this room to everybody. The 30 stairs didn't bother us. I would definitely come back and stay again and probably will!

A little disappointed. The room didn't look near as nice as in the pictures. Pictures must be out dated. Smelled a little musty and wasn't very clean. Hair and debris on the floor. Building itself looks kind of run down. For the price, I would pick a nice hotel next time.

Great Place

We had such a relaxing time and the place was just the right size. The bed in the bedroom (not the Murphy bed, as we didn’t sleep on it) was incredibly comfortable. We slept so well! The stairs gave us a bit of a workout, but we knew that going it. They wouldn’t deter us from renting the space again. The beach was fabulous, accessible and it had lots of agates. We would relax with the door open to the beach and watch and listen to the waves hit the beach. Just lovely!

Exceptionally Clean and Comfortable

Stayed in Condo 301 Billy the Squid. Apt itself was freshly updated. My ocd was perfectly satisfied with the cleanliness and new condition of the interior. The pool and hot tub area's need a regular maintenance schedule instead of bombong everything with heavy chlorine. Couldn't breathe cause of fumes. Uptodate

Everything was great. The only things I can suggest is measuring spoons/measuring cups. Also the DVD player did not play our movies in color. So we watched 4 rented movies in black and white. View was amazing. Size was great. Beds were comfortable. Can't wait to come back. Wish I could live there full-time.
