☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOM ☆☆

Your entire group can sleep like royalty across our three cozy bedrooms, each of which features highly-rated memory foam mattresses. In fact, these mattresses are so comfy that many guests choose to purchase them for their own homes after staying with us at Hello Sunshine OC! Each room also has a flat-screen TV and a luggage rack for your convenience.



The primary suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed. Both of these bedrooms have bedside lamps with USB ports for easy device charging. The third bedroom is outfitted with a full-over-full bunk bed perfect for the kids.



The home’s bright, modern full bathroom has everything you need to refresh, including plush towels and a shower and bathtub combination that lets you choose between a refreshing shower or a luxurious soak.



Although there is only one bathroom, we have provided two other areas with blow dryers and mirrors in the living and bonus rooms. This makes it easy for multiple people to get ready for a wedding or other special event. Also, there are cubbies for toothbrushes and toothpaste above the kitchen sink.

The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you`ll need to cook a nice meal for your whole family, including stainless steel appliances and sleek and spacious countertops. Sometimes staying in after a busy day sightseeing is just what you need! If you want to stay in but don’t feel like cooking, Fullerton is in the center of incredible food options of all styles and origins. All the major food delivery services are available, so feel free to ask us for suggestions.



We`re coffee people, so we know how important that first cup can be in the morning, especially before a busy day at Disneyland or wherever your agenda takes you in Southern California. Our fully-equipped coffee bar comes pre-stocked with coffee and tea to help you start your vacation right! Choose from a Keurig coffee machine, drip, pour-over, or insulated french press and a proper English teapot - we`ve got you covered no matter your preference.



There’s a small table in the kitchen area with seating for four, perfect for informal meals or keeping the chef company. You’ll also find a larger dining table in the bonus room with seating for six.



The versatile bonus room also has a large sectional, a flat-screen smart TV, a vanity area, a full-size laundry machine, and a dedicated workspace for any digital nomads in the family.



The main lounge sits between the kitchen and the bonus room. This comfortable room transports you straight into Hello Sunshine`s mid-century vibe. With a functioning wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), cheerful artwork, and a cozy couch and armchairs, this is sure to be a favorite hangout area for your group. Pick your favorite spot and watch something on the 55` 4K Roku TV. There’s a Disney/Hulu/ESPN bundle included, so you’ll have plenty of programs to choose from when you feel like relaxing at home.

After a long day of sightseeing, our peaceful back patio is the perfect place to relax with an adult beverage. Comfortable outdoor furniture and dimmable LED lights help set the mood. With direct access to our large bonus room, the patio invites your family into the best of Southern California indoor and outdoor living. You can catch the morning sun on the side patio, ideal for a light breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day, or anytime you need a quiet moment away from the rest of the group.



This is the perfect home to stay in if you’re looking for a central location with easy access to major attractions like Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and local beaches.



★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In Fullerton! ☆★



During your stay, you can have exclusive access to the entire home, including the back and side patios. However, please note that the garage will not be accessible. You can enter the home through an electronic lock, and the most convenient way is via the bonus room, which is directly in front of the driveway.



The living areas are spacious and vibrant, and the home features a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, laundry facilities, and fast Wi-Fi. Additionally, there are 4K Roku televisions in the bonus room, living room, and each bedroom.



While the house can accommodate up to eight guests, we recommend a group size of five to six people, considering there is only one bathroom. Nonetheless, we are delighted to host all eight, though keep in mind that it may be a bit cozier. Two vehicles can park for free in the driveway, and we also offer a level 1 EV charger for those with electric vehicles.



For security purposes, we have cameras located on the front door, the bonus room`s side door, the side gate, and the back house`s gate, where we reside part-time. Although the cameras help us know when guests arrive and depart, their primary function is to maintain security since we live on the premises part-time. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras inside.



We live part time in the back house on the property. We are available when needed either in person or by phone if necessary.



Hello Sunshine was built in 1951 and is a classic example of the mid-century homes in this part of Orange County. When Hello Sunshine was only four years old, a new neighbor moved in just down the road in Anaheim, Walt Disney! Our neighborhood was recently featured in the Coen brothers movie “Suburbicon” featuring Matt Damon, Josh Brolin and Julianne Moore and directed by George Clooney because of its quintessential mid-century look and feel. Our neighborhood is a throwback to the days when much of the land between Hello Sunshine and Disneyland were orange groves. We love this place and hope you do as well.



Fullerton (birthplace of Fender guitars) is one of the oldest cities in Orange County. Given its age it is one of the few places in Orange County with a real sense of place. If you have time drive through Fullerton`s historic neighborhoods and grab a meal or a drink in quaint downtown Fullerton.



Our neighborhood is typically quiet, allowing you to relax and unwind during your stay. It`s a great place for a peaceful evening stroll/



Onsite parking is provided for your convenience, making it effortless for you to come and go as you please. Whether you have a rental car or are driving your vehicle, you can rest assured that parking will not be a hassle.



In addition to these amenities, there are plenty of other activities to do in the area, including local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. You can explore the nearby parks, take a hike in the mountains, or go on a bike ride along the scenic trails. With so many options, you are sure to find something that will cater to your interests.



Overall, our neighborhood is a wonderful place to stay, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and entertainment.
