Book our Amazing Condo & let The Timeshare Brokers, LLC make the booking process easy!
Key Points:
-You’re inquiring on a Timeshare for Rent.
-Please be aware that we will have to check each inquiry/request within the specific owner's resort booking system & then respond to you with the most current availability as it does change daily.
-Because of the ever changing availability it is best to use the “Ask Owner a Question” feature before using the “Request to Book” option.
-The “Request To Book” feature is a reservations request that will be responded to within 24 hrs. It is not a confirmed stay as of yet.
-Please DO NOT book flights until you have received your final confirmation from the booked resort.
-Please be advised that the rate quote is a base rate. Premiums may apply for certain high-demand times of year such as school vacation & holiday weeks.
All Hawaii Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $12-25/night depending on the size of your unit and is paid directly to the resort.
The Timeshare Brokers aims to provide the best availability and information about our unit before the easy booking process.
The Timeshare Brokers facilitates vacation rentals. Any issues with on property resort service, accommodations, unit assigned by the resort, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer/resort and must be handled through the resort, not The Timeshare Brokers.
