Come enjoy the relaxing environment of this vintage three bedroom, two bath charming cottage with stunning views of the Folly River. An easy walk to the ocean, busy Center Street and Folly's famous Bert's Market. Set in the laid-back residential community often referred to as "The Edge of America," this home is a perfect haven very close to the beach, downtown, shopping, restaurants and much more.

The large kitchen has new appliances, new granite counter-tops and new cabinets, and all the tools and cookware you need to cook your favorite meal. Original heartpine pine floors throughout the home add to the charm. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. The master bedroom on the top floor has a super comfy King size bed and flat screen TV. There is a Queen bed in the second bedroom also on the top floor, and a full-size Twin bed in the third bedroom on the main floor. A Queen size sleeper sofa and a daybed in the living area provide additional sleeping. Both full size bathrooms have a fun vibe and feature vintage decor. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs. This home also has a washing machine and dryer to make your stay easy and convenient.

With plenty of seating, the outdoor deck area is a great place to sit back and relax and enjoy private sunset views over the Folly River. The yard is nicely landscaped with lots of play room for the kids or dogs who tag along. The large deck is gated with railings around the deck, perfect for kids and dogs.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This little place is a wonderful place to stay a very uplifting and cozy vib! The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and very accommodating with everything you need! The views of the river were beautiful and relaxing! Location ideal!

Anniversary Getaway

This was our first visit to Folly Beach and we had a blast. The home was beautiful and comfortable and exceptionally clean! My boyfriend and myself as well as our two pups absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Weekend trip to Folly Beach

We enjoyed our couple of nights at this location, Folly Beach is a great place to visit. The home is an easy walk to restaurants, it is located in a quiet neighborhood, being a dog friendly home is important to us. Thank you for allowing us to bring him.

Perfect Folly Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cottage. We celebrated our daughter's college graduation and the accommodations could not have been better. Beautifully decorated with nice updates (great bedding etc.) and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. If you have a boat, this would be the perfect place as it has a great dock. I hope we can stay again!

Such a great house!

This property is great! Super cute inside and out, the artwork inside was such a joy to take in. Loved hanging out on the back porch and having an easy walk into town for dinner and the beach. Easy check in and check out, no surprises! Just as listed.

Never wanted to leave.

Great little house

The house is small but comfortable. We only had one issue with the air conditioner but with one quick message the unit was fixed that night. Would stay again!

Great marsh view and quick walk to beach!

The house was really clean! We enjoyed the marsh view, but the boardwalk that leads to river dock was scary to walk on as several boards were loose and missing screws. The staff was quick to respond to any questions. We had a really easy walk to beach! We would definitely stay here again

Great start to summer

We absolutely loved this house on the river. Could enjoy all that Folly has to offer while coming back to sunsets over the marsh. Hope to return As an added feature- great art. Highly recommend

Fabulous House!

This house was in a great location, short walk to the beach and shopping/restaurants. It was large and the bedrooms were very nice. Kitchen was great, and has a large outside deck overlooking the dock on the inlet. Quiet neighborhood. Loved all the cool decor as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone who doesn't mind being a little off the oceanfront.

Perfection

I stayed here for three days with my sister, her husband and their dog. We loved the place. It's so cute and comfortable. The back patio looks out onto the river and is so peaceful. The location is close enough to Bert's and Center Street to walk, but far enough to be quiet in the evening. We would definitely stay there again. Loved it.

Family Time

The home was lovely. The close proximity to the ocean and the boardwalk was perfect. This was important due to my parents being elderly. The view in the back sitting area was a bonus as it faced a tributary of water. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with friendly people everywhere. Overall it was a great location and family vacation location.

Amazing

Thank you so much for letting us stay in this amazing home. It was absolutely incredible. The private dock was on of our favorites. We saw dolphins very day on our kayaks and paddle boards. The dogs and kids didn’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was very convenient to everything, and the home was newly remodeled. It was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and clean. The back deck was great for our young children and dog because it had a gate. the dock and the crab trap were the highlight of our stay. We were able to enjoy a crab feast fresh off the dock and the sunsets weren't bad either.

Great Place

Absolutely loved the property. Beachy feel and very clean. Spent each morning and night on the pier. Only thing to note is that the upstairs is difficult to cool down (Below 70) Understandable though because it was 95+ each day. Still would go back in a heart beat.
