The backyard features a saltwater pebble pool & spa, an outdoor dining area, tiki bar, gas grill, firepit, lounge space and mini golf. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Hot tub heating is included with any reservation.

The fully equipped kitchen offers silverware, tableware, and appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. All you need to do is bring your groceries :)

The living and dining room area is great for spending time indoors, playing foosball and board games and having dinner with your guests. We provide a variety of board games!

The house features a built-in sound system for indoor & outdoor use.

The bedrooms feature: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds (queen over queen) and 2 air mattresses.

Guest access
Guests have access to 2300 sqft house with its spacious backyard and front yard except the garage and two hallway closets.
Other things to note
Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 7 pm.

No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house.

PETS are allowed. We charge $60 per pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically).

Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:

- $150/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

We have a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.

Also note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

For safety reasons, we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
