And if you want to save some money, this condo has a full kitchen! Wi-Fi and cable are provided by the HOA, and our location is oceanfront with easy access for a day of fun on the beach.

No 319 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor, and the amazing ocean views make the stairs worth it! The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but weâre available on-site if you need anything.
