Room and bed was good. Had to communicate with them a couple of times and they got back with me right away. The only thing I would suggest to someone staying there that you will need drinking glass and ice but also some way to keep it as there is a fridge only. Little fridge keeps everything real cold. The place is definitely nice and quite. I was real shocked when I checked with them about check out things to do and they replied with, if you can just leave with a smile would be great and appreciated me staying. I did not get a chance to meet them but seem like real nice folks. Will be back!

Perfect 1 room w big bathroom. Near everything we needed but not on the strip which is exactly what we wanted thank you! Towels, hairdryer, fridge, microwave etc!

The exact location is hard to find due to poor street lighting; the design does not allow for easy access to the entry door and there is no way to control the temperature in the room. The property owner allows for use of a ceiling fan but in the Las Vegas summer, that just won't do. The room was sweltering so we had to book a hotel not far. The owner was horribly rude & tragically unfriendly in every way. Awful experience overall, we left immediately.

Nice, quiet, clean. Suggest you plan on bringing wash cloths, extra toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and luggage rack(s). That said, we would stay here again.

This was perfect for what I needed. It was simply a place to sleep, shower, and safely store my belongings. The room came with many extra amenities that would benefit someone spending more time there. The location was safe, quiet, and private but was just five minutes from any store or restaurant you could desire. I would definitely stay there again.
