Perfect space to spend time with the family. Decent sized tub and very comfy beds! Very clean and kitchen is well appointed. Property owners are so responsive and kind! Large golf cart was a perfect addition since we had a toddler in our group and her little legs are only good for so long and she refused to help carry anything. Weather didn’t cooperate with us but there were games in the house for us to play. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you so much for your kind words about your stay at the Sunshine House. I am so sorry we don’t have a truck there to carry the kayaks to the water. We may bring them home. We have a suburban and we take them one at a time. We loved having you and hope you enjoyed the temperatures of the East coast in September. Again, thank you for your kind words. ❤️

Linda, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond with any and all concerns. The home was lovely and well maintained. The golf cart was a huge benefit for driving around the island. We enjoyed our stay so much. The only issue we had was not wanting to leave. Great location and great property owner communication. Highly recommend this place for a lively stay in Emerald Isle.

Everything was perfect and owner was so helpful and responsive! The house had everything we needed and the golf cart made staying on the sound side perfect! Easy trip to the beach and back. Beds were very comfortable and linens and towels were high quality which you don’t usually get with rentals on vacation. Couldn’t have asked for anything else ! We will be back next year.

This property fit all our family’s needs. The living and kitchen area provided ample space to cook and relax. The kitchen has more than enough supplies to fit all yourcooking needs. the place was very clean upon entering as well. The use of the golf cart was priceless as it allowed us to get to and from the beach in no time. The host was always responsive if we had questions too.

Very impressed with the house and host! She was very responsive, informative, and welcoming. House was stocked with everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge hit and bonus for our family. The shibumi was also amazing! We just did not know it was a duplex house, but there was nobody in the back duplex our entire trip!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are so pleased that you loved it there. And that golf cart is the ticket. We love riding the golf cart around with our music playing. Our place is a townhome so there is a backside of it. The owner does not rent at this time and he is hardly ever there. Please let us know anytime you would like to come back!
