The Landmark Towers Complex is located in the highly prized Sand Key area, offering views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway. Although situated on a more secluded beach, it is less than a mile (over a bridge with pedestrian/bike path) to Clearwater Beach, which was recently voted the Best Beach Town in the US. Sand Key Park is also within walking distance.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
