Perfect vacation spot!

Since 12 years we come to IRB every year . That beach home was the Greatest we ever had. Very tasteful furniture, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Together with the beautiful view and the well-tended pool makes it a perfect vacation spot. We´ll return - for sure!

Fantastic Condo

The condo is awesome, this was our second time here and it was even more beautiful and the master bed is awesome, everything you might possibly need is there for you and the beautiful beach is just a few steps past the pool and there is everything you need for the beach, We can highly recommend the condo and David and Marisa are always easy to get in touch with.

Gorgeous Condo

When we walked through the door we looked at each other and said WOW, It is an immaculate condo, it has everything you could need and more and then you walk out onto the balcony and the view of the beach takes your breathe away especially at sunset, The bed was so comfortable that it was hard to leave it on a morning, there is loads of towels and spare bedding and the storage unit is packed with things for the beach, The complex is fantastic, the pool and spa area is excellent and just a few steps to the beach, we have stayed on IRB FOR 12 years now and this by far the best place we have stopped at, it is in a great position for everything, restaurants, pub shopping in Tampa or at the outlets, it is just a perfect place,

Fantastic Vacation Condo

We saw this property on the VRBO web site and it looked great, when we walked through the front door it was everything that was promised and more. This is a beautifully appointed apartment in many ways. Very spacious and clean, lots of kitchen utensils , pots and pans if you like to cook , several restaurants within walking distance, plenty of linens and beach towels , beach chairs etc.. The owners are very accommodating and easy to deal with. We loved it so much we are planning to return next year, and hopefully into the future! Thanks to Marisa and Dave and your wonderful condo, our Indian Rocks Beach vacation was outstanding.

Beautiful Condo...But Holiday From Hell

Firstly we would like to say this is a Beautiful condo and everything we had hoped for, when we first contacted the owners they where helpful and even gave a discount on our request. On arriving for our month stay everything seemed to be perfect, until we realised the Air conditioning was not working, we contacted the owners to be told they could not understand what had gone wrong, but they would get someone out but it would cost them a call out charge of a 100 dollars, this seemed a little strange that they needed to tell me this. However Dave the owner did get someone out who sorted the problem, we where then told that the maintenance man from the Condo association would be coming to check the Ac out also and we would need to be there, which we did this was now into the 3rd day of our stay and on the same day this is when the real problems started. The condo directly 2 below us was having new doors etc installed and the noise was terrible, the maintenance man told us it would last for 1 day, well that 1 day nearly continued throughout our whole holiday there was major drilling starting every morning at 8 am this would vibrate right up to the penthouse, the owners where contacted time and time again and i had to resend emails to them which all they seemed to do was blame the condo assocaition, they did not want to take responsibility and even reminded us that we got a discount, so it seems we should have to put up with our vacation being ruined due to us getting that diacount . There was Workmen digging up around the pool, drainage work being done, we could not get our car out one day or back in, we would have to give the workmen 1 hours notice to get our car out and even then they looked at us as if we where the inconvenience. the security gates where left open for a fortnight and the jacuzzi was also out of use for a fortnight..... then the condo directly below us was having more work, concreting and waterproofing and the owner of this condo who is also the secretary of the condo association advised us that the work would be going on for a couple of days and we should make ourselves scarce due to the noise. This i thought was a disgrace to be told when you come on vacation, to make yourself scarce due to work being done is totally unacceptable, and more so when the work carried on for over a week and also at this time the Geothermal was being installed for the pool ....yes the condo is lovely, but the owners allowed our vacation to be ruined

A Perfect Month

THANK YOU DAVE AND MARISSA!!!! I had planned for 2 years to travel to the coast in November 2014. After reviewing several properties online I chose yours and was so delighted after I arrived! Property was exactly as pictured, however, was so much more than a camera could capture! Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything a person would need for a month away from home. Relaxing color schemes in each room. Extremely clean, modern, and well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen. And what surprised me the most was how large the condo was! Owners were available by phone, if needed, and checked in by email during my stay to inquire about my stay. I would absolutely love to return to The Gables someday...........Again, many thanks to Dave and Marissa for a beautiful condo!

A perfect match for a beach vacation.

I had a wonderful month. The condo is lovely, modernized, fully equipped, well maintained and clean. Nice balcony overlooking the gulf, close enogh to hear the surf and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Marisa and David for sharing your beautiful condo....

Beautiful Luxury Condo with Everything

This is the best condo we have ever rented. Clean, well decorated, spacious, with all the extras you would expect and more. Marissa and David cannot do enough to help you have a wonderful vacation. We would highly recommend this property and will rent again in the future.

January and February 2014 in beautiful "Gables"

AWESOME! The condo is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures and so well appointed! Bedding, towels, appliances, beach ware, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. all great quality and matching in beach theme colors. The condo also comes with 2 beautiful bikes and a BBQ. The property was immaculate and we felt very comfortable and at home as soon as we walked in and saw this breathtaking Gulf view. Location is perfect on top floor of the bldg. (3 storey) and there are views of the Gulf from every room. The beach is beautiful: you will find all kinds of sea shells, enjoy watching the numerous birds (seagulls, pelicans, sandpipers, herons etc.) and the occasional dolphins. The owners Marissa and Dave were just delightful and a pleasure to deal with. They are very proud of their condo and they should be: it's a 5 star property. We felt very welcomed, they wanted us to have a wonderful experience and we sure did. The building is very quiet, secure, very well appointed and everyone we met was really nice and helpful. The condo is in a great neighbourhood with lots to do around (shopping, fishing, biking, golfing, tennis, walking, exploring the area, experiencing great restaurants etc.) with easy access to many attractions (Busch Gardens, aquariums, Disneyworld, museums etc.) and the Tampa airport. We would certainly recommend this property to everyone as it is the best condo in the area!

Clean, spacious and comfortable penthouse

This is a wonderful, spacious and quiet penthouse appartment with great views of the Mexican Gulf. It has a nice balcony with sun from a little after midday. The property was clean, well-maintained and well equipped with a nice kitchen. There are also to beach bicycles. We had to rent the appartment on short notice and the owners responded very quickly to our mails / phone calls and were very helpful. Apart from the beach and swimming pool, there are some nice restaurants and a cafe / bakery nearby.

Ideal place to spend a restful holiday!

We have just spent an excellent summer holiday at this place with direct access to the beach. The condo was specious, clean and cozy with the interior of good taste in which the owner invest. You feel comfortable and at home, which is very important. The owner was available and quick to respond to any query. The condo is located in the area with lots of fun. We enjoyed nice restaurants. We enjoyed fishing too. Also goof for shopping. The sunset at the beach is great. The balcony of this condo is the best place. I will definitely miss it.

Best Indian Rocks Vacation Rental

I stayed here with my husband and daughter in April and we had the best vacation. This rental goes above and beyond a normal beach property. It is beautifully decorated and even more spacious than the pictures capture. The beach is a quick walk from the unit and there is storage locker on the way to the beach. The owner even supplied a toddler beach tent, chairs, blanket, toys, and more beach supplies.There is even a bathroom at the pool, which makes it even more convenient. My daughter had a wonderful time collecting seashells at the beach and equal fun at the pool. Dave was easy to contact, friendly, and helpful with our check in/check out. This unit is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We can't wait to come back next April.

Vacation time is hard to come by and there is nothing is worse than walking into your hotel and being disappointed with where you are staying. When I found my condo, I fell in love with the views and worked hard to make it a relaxing oasis, that myself and others won't want to leave.

From the minute you walk in the front door, you can see straight to the Gulf. Stepping out on the balcony and watching the waves go by, whether it's coffee in the morning or a favorite beverage at night, this view does not disappoint. What makes my property unique are the large ceilings and views from every room, even the master bath while you are soaking in the jetted tub. Virtually, everywere you hear the waves and can enjoy breath taking views.

The tall ceilings and open floor plan make it very different than your average Florida condo. The large balcony overlooks the recently updated pool and hot tub area and the beach is only steps away. Grab your towel and you can be in the water in 1 minute, no crossing the street, no long wait for the elevator, just a quick jog down 2 flights of stairs and you have arrived!
