This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome features not only a spacious rooftop with bar area, but multiple balconies and a covered front porch to take in the outdoors. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and bar top seating for 8 that flows openly into the living room where a flat screen Smart TV is there for your entertainment.
The garage has been converted into a stunning games room with activities such as ping pong, darts & ringtoss to enjoy your time with friends. We've conveniently added a fridge in the games room to keep your drinks in too!
A short 1 minute walk will have you sitting at the Marina Bar & Restaurant enjoying a wonderful âlake lifeâ setting in one of Nashvilleâs waterfront favorite hang outs. Live music is performed on most days and the atmosphere is truly Nashville. Boat rentals and other waterfront activities are available at the Marina.
