Vi har lagt till en extern SPA pÄ den upplysta privata uteplatsen Fullt fungerande nyrenoverat kök med granitbÀnkar anpassade skÄp, nya apparater och grill i trÀdgÄrden. Keurig Kaffe och tillbehör!
alla sovrum har nya Serta drottning sÀngar och en King master svit pÄ bottenvÄningen och tvÄ stora sovrum pÄ övervÄningen med ytterligare 4 drottning sÀngar plus en extra tvilling! Hela huset har wifi internet och en premium kanal-TV i vardagsrum med drottning soffa sovhytt och Lazyboy recliner. Matplats med barhöjd bord utanför kök och kÀllare med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare finns för lÀngre vistelser. Det finns ytterligare ett bad pÄ huvudvÄningen för uppvÀrmning och stÀdning.

Bra lÀge i ett lugnt omrÄde strax utanför I-24 & Briley Parkway nÀra Berry Hill, Downtown, arenor och Vanderbilt, och 10 minuter till flygplatsen, Zoo eller en enkel 15 Opryland!

This is an older home that was updated and sleeps lots of people, giving private space to four families, which worked great for our group of five. The location was perfect for our Opryland conference destination. The neighborhood was very quiet and the host was thorough in all communications and responded quickly. Good value for the price of the stay.

We stayed here with three couples and two kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our group! The ping pong table and arcade machine were a huge hit with everyone — great for some fun competition in the evenings. The neighborhood is adorable and the neighbors were so friendly, which made it feel extra welcoming.It’s an older home, so there are some little signs of age like stains here and there, but honestly, that just added to the charm and character. The water pressure in the showers was amazing (a definite plus after long days out!), and the owners were very responsive whenever we had questions.The hot tub worked great, though we couldn’t quite figure out how to make it hotter — I’m sure if we had asked, they would have helped us right away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

This house was great and located perfectly for all our adventures! The only downside was the amount of kitchen supplies. We had 8 people and there was not enough plates, forks, pans, etc for everyone.

We had two families that stayed here for five nights while in Nashville. The house was everything we needed and more. It was perfect for the eight of us and we loved it.

A little disturbing when front door lock wouldn’t work and the man walking on the street said it must be sticking again and used the side door to let us in. Turned out his wife cleaned/managed the house but was an uncomfortable feeling that someone else could be coming and going so easily from the house. Drawers in kitchen would fall out anytime you attempted to open them. Could have easily slept 16 people but only utensils for four. It appeared to be a work in progress.

Great place

really loved this property. we were a group of 5 siblings all in our 60's and 70's. 3 bedrooms downstairs, which was fantastic for us. The upstairs was spacious with lots of beds. Property was clean and air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside area. The agents were very accommodating and they responded quickly to any texts. Would highly recommend this property.

Family trip

We rented this house to celebrate my son's college graduation. It was perfect for our family and my in-laws as it gave us separate spaces. The kids loved the game room as well as the adults!

Very Nice Property

Our family was in town for a wedding. This property has many beds and bathrooms making it a great place to stay with a group. It was very clean and the host thought of everything to make our short stay pleasant! I also appreciated the option to stay one night only.

Amazing Place

This place looks little but has enough space for a large family. It was clean, comfy, and lots of bathrooms! It is also conveniently located to the Nashville Zoo, not far from Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry. If I come back to Nashville again, I will be sure to stay here again!
