Come enjoy the island life at Devine's Turtle Bay 2 A on Manasota Key!

This newly renovated charming two-bedroom, one-bath ground-floor condominium is within walking distance of several restaurants that offer great food and live music on Manasota Key. This is a premium first-floor unit located right next to the heated community pool. The condominium has an open floor plan that brings in loads of natural Florida sunshine. A queen bed is in each of the bedrooms. The lanai is screened to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This complex offers a dock, providing a serene place to fish and watch for dolphins and manatees. Comforters, sheets, pillows, and blankets are also provided for all beds. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen pull-out bed, and a sunroom. Everything you need for the most relaxing vacation!

Devine's Turtle Bay Condominiums is a beautiful complex located on Manasota Key and Lemon Bay. Just 2 minutes away from the deeded white sandy beaches to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico. Turtle Bay is comprised of 4 buildings and 8 units. This community offers a heated community pool, and limited first come, first serve dockage!

**There are 3 boat slips that can accommodate a maximum of a 20-foot boat for Devine's Turtle Bay occupants only. Slips are not guaranteed until after we call management for availability. Trailer parking needs to be arranged before you arrive at one of the local marinas.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions OR Rental Agreement (if VRBO) at the time you make your reservation.

After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours. Each of our properties has a Security Deposit NOT shown on VRBO. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately and is out of our control.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Our screen porch overlooked the pool and the rental was stocked with pool toys. The beach was a short walk away and the rental had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys to use. It was clean and comfortable and also close to a play ground. The vibe of the island was relaxed. We will be back!

Loved this our stay!

We rented this property for the weekend of 4th of July!! The rental was very clean, and very well decorated. The location of this rental is perfect; right across the street from the beach, and right next to a delicious restaurant. There were also many restaurants a short walk away that were phenomenal. The pool was clean and had lots of chairs around it to sit and enjoy yourself even with multiple families at the pool. The check in and check out process is easy! Only downfall is - the parking for the property is super tight. The parking lot has one lane in and one lane out & you only have one assigned spot which it’s right next to the building. If other cars are parked in the spots it’s very difficult to get your car into the spot. If you have the option of driving a smaller car to this rental, would be suggested as we drove a truck.

Beach is not just “across the street “.

The condo was nice and spacious. The condos are in individual buildings and within walking distance of places to eat and the beach. The pool was only 4 feet deep. It was good for cooling off and the patio was nice. I was very disappointed that the beach wasn’t easily accessible. The directions for the beach were to walk up the street 100 yards, cross over then walk (I estimated 100 more yards) between two condo buildings which had do not trespass signs. For us it was burdensome to carry chairs, etc that far up a busy road and then through private property. The description and telephone call about the beach location was not true in my opinion. If you don’t care about going to the beach then, this is a nice place to stay. , but good for wading and cooling off.
