Smoking Very private house in the center of Milwaukee with huge yard

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This place is pet & smoke friendly with parking. Very small house with a private fenced yard great for the summer.

Everything on the first floor
2 bed rooms and living room as well as full kitchen

All trash should be put in bags and put in trash on side of house before check out. If you fill them up take them to the front of the house near curb fog pick up. No hanging around the front of the house. Basement is off limits due to remodeling

Not what we expected!!

Not trying to be rude but not a nice place!! Way to much money for what you get. Not very clean, no basics, like coffee marker,salt ,pepper,paper towels,ice trays,silerware. Bedding had burn holes and stains, the 2nd bedroom is a weird bunk bed, had to remove the railing to even get in the bottom bunk. The back yard was unusable.This is certainly not a suitable vacation rental. 1st time while using Vrbo I felt ripped off.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely the worst place ever to try to stay the house is not clean it was not ready for people to be living there. It reads that there's a beautiful backyard But the backyard is completely unsafe as there was a broken in 1/2 trampoline and a swimming pool that has been dismantled and just laying there no children or animals should be in that yard. There was a leak in the ceiling above the toilet so they just placed a bucket on it. There were absolutely no blankets in the home only sheets on the bed. If you go in the kitchen trying to make yourself something you can't there is no silverware in the kitchen you open up the drawers and there's junk and garbage in every drawer not to mention the very sour smell in the kitchen near the sink. Thought it was kind of odd that your kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with food it's because there is an upstairs to the home that someone is living in the homeowner tried to lie and say they're not but there are we heard them in the middle of the night stomping around and they broke something by dropping it. Was also I fully stocked refrigerator in the basement. There's a washer dryer in the home that you can not safely get to there is so much junk piled up in the basement that it's unsafe to try to get to the washing machine and even then there are somebody's clothing hanging on a clothes line above the washer and dryer another sign that someone is using the home. There is a locked door in the hallway which leads to the upstairs the only access to that is through the front door II don't care what the home owner says there was 100% somebody up there even in the middle of the night there were lights on up there you could see them in the window. I had the house booked for 7 nights and left after the 2nd as soon as I could get into another location. We checked in on Friday the home was supposed to be ready for us by 4 o'clock we had the homeowners rudely in the house banging and clinging around for 5 hours building furniture that should have already been in the home. There are a lot of places to stay in Milwaukee this 100% is not the place you want to stay. The homeowner had told me face-to-face if we wanted to leave she would charge us for the 2 nights that we were there and she would refund the rest then she turned into a different person very rude very nasty. Do yourself a favor don't stay in this home you will regret it.
