No prowling or loitering on the lawn.
No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed without host approval.

We love the beautiful white sand beaches on the gulf coast so Perdido Keys was the perfect destination for our family to find a vacation home.

We wanted to find a location that was close enough to the beach but also provided a secluded neighborhood feel away from the crowds. The Serenity community was exactly that and we have enjoyed being apart of the community ever since.
