The climb offers an amazing views from this oceanfront condo's balcony and living room, and the property has easy beach access. 2 queen beds in the bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room gives plenty of space for 6 people, and the full kitchen is stocked with supplies for your convenience. There's cable and commercial grade Wi-Fi provided by the HOA, and we offer access to their pool and spa as well. Book today!

D Sands 207 is a lovely family suite 15 steps up on the 2nd floor. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but weâre available on-site if you need anything.
