An entire wall of sliding glass doors opens up the living space and brings the outside in, where you’ll find an open-concept floor plan, filled with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. The well-equipped kitchen offers gleaming granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Eat together at the adjacent table for eight, grab a barstool, or head out to the balcony to dine alfresco. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem – you’re tucked onto the western edge of the hip Zona Romantica, filled with trendy restaurants and cafés.

When it’s time to head out, slip into your swimsuit and visit the beach just downstairs, or work on your tan at the complex’s gorgeous infinity pool. When you return, entertainment options for an evening at home include board games, high-speed WiFi, free cable, a Blu-Ray player, and a sound dock. Awesome trip

We have been to PV before and stayed at Molina De Aqqua before but we liked our location the best. It was the best view in the building (except for the penthouse) and we had no issues at all.We are all ready to stay there again.

Great Condo, Excellent Views and Good Location

This is a very nice condo. My family had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone. Great views of the ocean and the town. Short walk to restaurants and bars. The kids loved the large pool.

We had a wonderful vacation at Molino de Agua. The hosts were incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was flawless. The property is meticulously maintained and the staff friendly. We look forward to coming back. 10/10!!

Great Stay at Molino de Agua

5 adults stayed in this amazing property. Molino de Agua is a luxury condo right on the Malecon and this 3 bedroom unit was great. On the 10th floor and toward the front of the building, the unit is in the middle of the action but quiet and removed. Beautifully appointed with great art, well-stocked kitchen and very clean. Condo staff and Irma took great care of us. We would love to go back.

Perfection

Wow, just wow. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location was great as we enjoyed the romantic zone. There is a coffee shop across the street, lots of restaurants in walking distance, and a market/grocery just a couple of blocks away. The property manager was friendly, thankfully spoke English, and was only a phone call away if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and view. Molino is a nice property. Just be aware that the pool is shaded in the mornings. Property manager with Vacasa was excellent. Only maintenance suggestion is that burnt out light bulbs need to be replaced.

Molina De Agua is a piece of paradise!

Straight forward with a calendar from rental management company - Vacasa! They put availability in “real time” on calendar, so you don’t wait 24 hours only to find out owner is unresponsive and then your request expires. This location/complex is a slice of paradise!

Great property in an awesome location

We had admired this property from the Malecon when previously in PV and so we had to stay there next time we visited. We were with 2 other couples for 5 nights and this was perfect for our needs. Location is right at the edge of the Romantic Zone and the surrounding neighborhood was fantastic, an Oxxo across the road and a mini mart 2 blocks away provided the essentials. A lot of restaurants near by, would recommend El Dorado and Blue Shrimp for great seafood, Restaurant Casa Nicole for a great breakfast and L'Angelo di Napoli for fantastic Italian and pizza, all within an easy walk. Also had breakfast at Serrano's Steakhouse and it was very good as well. The condo was huge, bright and airy and the pictures on VRBO really didn't do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the massive balcony enjoying the views. Hurricane Roslyn passed nearby and while no real danger it was a bit of excitement. The grounds and the pool were fantastic it was just like being at a resort. Beds and furntiture were comfortable, large TV and well equipped kitchen. The concierge and Vacasa rep were easy to deal with. A couple of minor things to note, at most other VRBO properties there has been a welcome pack with coffee etc to get started and the Wifi wasn't real quick but maybe that was because there were six of us. Definitely would stay here again

Amazing building! Very limited supplies provided.

We absolutely love this building! We have stayed here over 10 times. It is an amazing location. You can walk across the sidewalk to the beach or head in into town on the Malecón. You’re also right on the corner of the romantic zone with all of its great restaurants. The building is designed very well, so there is a lot of privacy even outside on the huge deck. We really like the large pool and the swim bar is great. The unit itself is lovely. It is spacious and has amazing views of the city and Bay. The beds are super comfy and the sheets feel luxurious. The one negative would be the lack of supplies. -no napkins or tissue -1/2 a roll of paper towels -3 dishwasher pods -1 garbage bag -Shampoo but no conditioner -1 pool & bath towel per person. Normally we let them dry outside and reuse them. Unfortunately, we had to run the dryer constantly just to have a towel to use. -Only 2 building key cards. So if you have 3 couples,1 couple will not have access to get back into the building. We contacted the property manager and she said this was their policy. I believe providing guests with supplies to keep the unit clean and tidy is worth a couple extra dollars. There was not a property manager at check-in. We have stayed in the building so we knew where to go and how everything worked. There was a gentleman that knew the property manager (we think?) but he only spoke Spanish so that might be an issue if you didn't speak Spanish or know the building well.

Great location, ok space

Outstanding views. Super convenient, great pool & pool services. Queen room is very small. Kitchen very well stocked with equipment. Check-in challenge: you will have to wait for an agent to greet you and take you up…front gate staff do not know how long that will take. Grocery deliveries are allowed into the building, but not a yoga instructor! Beds were comfy. Couch, dining chair covers and all outdoor furniture is heavily stained. Plumbing fine; plan to wait about 10 minutes for hot water. Reliable and fast internet.
