Peace of Mind Villa Àr en ny, modern villa med 6 sovrum i Red Hook-omrÄdet. Protokoll frÄn bra restauranger och strÀnder. Omgivet av lummiga anlagda trÀdgÄrdar, har denna luftkonditionerade villa kylvindar och fantastisk havsutsikt. Just avslutat en renovering den 15 mars 2019.

GÄ ner till Atlanten genom den anlagda tropiska trÀdgÄrden och njut av privata solnedgÄngar med ett glas vin (eller soluppgÄngar) eller helt enkelt sitta i det rustikka "yoga" -omrÄdet skÀra ner i bluffen nedanför huvudhuset. Stranden under villan har stora stenar att utforska, klÀttra och sitta pÄ för att se det vackra, klara blÄ havet. Du kommer att gÄ vilse den azurblÄ havsutsikten!
Byggd i lutningen av den lummiga Emerald hillside, har denna 2 vÄningar villa en elektrisk sÀkerhetsgrind och en privat uppfart med gott om parkeringsplatser för 3-4 fordon. Entré foajén leder till ett handgjorda och vÀlfyllda "kockar" köket.
Köket byggdes för att lÄta alla gÀster hÀnga och delta i matlagningen medan de fortfarande har havsutsikt.

Matplatsen har samma spektakulÀra havsutsikt med direkt tillgÄng till oÀndlighetens pool och övre dÀck. Ett vardagsrum / mediarum Àr utanför huvudrummet med skÄlenÀtverk och 2 av de 6 sovrummen finns ocksÄ pÄ denna vÄning.

Det stora sovrummet pÄ bottenvÄningen har en king size-sÀng, eget badrum med duschkabin. Ett angrÀnsande kontor har omvandlats till ett litet sovrum med en queen size-sÀng. MÀstaren har dubbla skjutdörrar som öppnar för ett privat sittomrÄde med bord och schÀslonger. Det andra sovrummet pÄ huvudnivÄn har en queen size-sÀng och badrum.

Den lÀgre nivÄn innehÄller 3 mer drottning sovrum, varav den ena Àr "familjesvit" som förbinder till ett litet "barn" rum med tvilling trille sÀng alternativet. Det finns en tÀckt dÀck som löper lÀngden pÄ villan. TvÄ av sovrummen delar ett badrum. Det sjÀtte drottning sovrummet Àr tillgÀngligt frÄn nedre verandaen och ligger nÀra tvÀttstugan. Nedför walway motsatt Ànde till 6: e sovrummet Àr det stora sittomrÄde, som har ett angrÀnsande trapphus som leder dig tillbaka till oÀndlighetens pool och bottenvÄningen. Var och en av de 6 sovrummen i villan har egen luft och TV.

Ett dÀck med solstolar omger den vackra infinity poolen som ser till St John och Brittiska Jungfruöarna. Detta rökfria hus har ocksÄ en automatisk generator, en WEBER gasgrill och ett komplett hem Lynksys Velop Mesh System som hÄller dig ansluten till den bÀsta WiFi som finns pÄ ön.

Under Thanksgiving och December helgdagar hyr villaen vid full belÀggning oavsett hur mÄnga sovrum som anvÀnds. Thanksgiving, jul och nyÄrsdagar krÀver 10-dagars minsta bokning.

One of the best properties we've stayed in

This home is spectacular. The views from the lanai and the pool are amazing. It entertains a large group so well. And it's perfectly equipped. Lisa is one of the best VRBO hosts we've worked with. Just can't recommend this property enough. The neighborhood isn't upscale but the property sure is!

Beautiful property. Great for families. Well stocked kitchen and all amenities a family needs. The only negative about the property is the road getting to the property. It is very rough with holes in the road. It was hard to navigate and the pit holes. Need a four wheel drive vehicle to drive to the property. Our family would definitely return.

A "Wow" property and home!

Extended family vacation of 13 people and everyone walked in and said "Wow"! From the views of the ocean, the pool overlooking it, the gorgeous home and decor... all perfection! Could not have done it without the property manager, Lisa. She was in constant communication with us from day 1 recommending places to eat, activities, and handling anything we needed! One of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had!

First off, the pictures do not do this villa enough justice. The views are spectacular. The house was spacious enough for our family of 11, but also provided the openness to enjoy meals and family bonding time as well. The accommodations were top notch. All of your needs were anticipated. Cookware, dinnerware, pool activities, board games, extra toiletries, laundry necessities. We were able to reach the property manager with ease and the communication was consistent and efficient. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend friends and family.

LOVED EVERY MOMENT

We had the time of our lives at this property. Lisa was attentive to all of our needs. Our stay in st Thomas wouldn’t be what it was if not for this villa and Lisa. It looks even better than the pictures!! Felt like a dream. All the recommendations with a chef taxi and the grocery shopping was also very helpful! And was so great!! I would recommend this villa to friends family anyone! Thanks so much Lisa and team! It was a beautiful experience!!

The most amazing view!

We really enjoyed our stay, the view from the house was spectacular. There were also steps you could go down to see the ocean. Watching the sunset there was great. The big table outside was our favorite place to gather, you were covered from sun or rain but could still be outside enjoying the view. The property was clean and large enough for everyone. Lisa Butler was a amazing manager, she was there if we needed her for any thing. She was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Relaxing, beautiful getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful! The manager does an amazing job making sure everything is perfect during the stay. They have extra items - hair dryer, curling iron, iron, etc., that make it so much easier when you forget things. The road leading up to the home is a little sketchy, but I promise it's worth it! I can't say enough good about this home for family vacations. The separate outdoor areas to allow everyone their own space if they want it. The walk down to the water is gorgeous. There's a gorgeous beach maybe a mile away that we visited. Just a lot to do at the home and also close by.

Perfect House

Peace of Mind villa is the most beautiful house and property that I have ever stayed at. It was perfect for our party of 12 (3 families) as there were plenty of areas us all to be together or to have privacy. The views from the property are amazing. I always worry that the photos from online booking sites are deceptive. If anything, Peace of Mind is much better than the photos! The kitchen/dining area and the Master suite are much larger than I expected. The family suite is also very large. Be aware that bedroom 6 (with the separate entrance) is designed for a single person or a very close couple as the shower and toilet are right in the room. We rented 3 cars for our group which we could easily park within the gate at the villa. Driving in St Thomas is not for the faint of heart, however. The road to the villa is extremely rough and most roads have hairpin turns that are pretty scary IMHO!. Finally, manager Lisa is wonderful. She gave great recommendations prior to our arrival (Amalie car rentals and Pangea restaurant) and always answered any questions promptly. She even told us of a source for fresh caught tuna, picked it up and delivered it to us! I truly hope we can return to Peace of Mind someday!

Where to even start with the experience!!!! We are a group of 13 individuals, ranging in age from 19 to 84 years old. We are 2 families that have been vacations with each other for years. When looking what we want to stay this house checked off all the boxes and more!!!!!House manager, Lisa, is the best. So easy to work with and ask questions. From the time we booked we asked about car information and grocery shopping etc. During our visit if we had questions she was quick to respond and very helpful. The house is probably one most equipped that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had pretty much everything one would need for cooking. The bedrooms were very spacious. The linens and towels were all clean and maintained. Along with large amount of beach towels. The overall cleaniliness was a 10/10 for the entire house. The washer and dryer 10/10 and 2 sets of them. Let me talk about outside view


 stunning!!!!!!!!! Pool amazing with the view!!!!!!!!!! Very clean outside. The house is gated. Pool has a great little feature for little ones with 6-8 inch shelf they can sit on and play or sun yourself. Tons of pool floats & beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again. A wonderful time had by all.

Wonderful house and location! This house was stocked with all the essentials. We had 14 guests and had plenty of space. Sitting out by the pool with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise was one of the many highlights of the week. Plenty close to all the beautiful beaches and not a bad drive from the airport. Many reviews said you needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle to navigate the road up to the house. It is unpaved but nothing bad at all. We had a minivan and had no issues. The host Lisa is AMAZING, upon arrival in STT we received all the check in info and food/location suggestions. She is very quick and responsive to address any issues or concerns!!!

Absolutely Stunning

Everything was perfect. The house is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing island vacation. The layout is spacious and very comfortable (we were 9 adults). Amazing in every way

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Peace of Mind. We were 6 couples and we had more than enough room. The villa was beautiful, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and we didn’t want for ANYTHING!! Our host was incredible. Always available for any question and provided helpful tips and information about the villa and the island. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay again in a minute!

PERFECT!

Wow, what a nice place. This was a family vacation, 13 adults and 2 children and the home was laid out really nice as to the accommodations. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices etc. All beds were very comfy as well.Lisa, the manager of the home was very nice, friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable and informed. The pool was great with the many inflatables and a shallow end for the little ones and plenty of tables, (outdoors and indoors) for us to have our meals all together. You will definitely need a car to get you around. The driving is on the left side of the road but the speed limits is 35 mph so that made it easy. This place is highly recommended especially if you need a relaxing vaca. It couldn't have been better.

Great property

House was perfect for our large group. Plenty of space. Kitchen was awesome and had everything if you like to cook. Views were amazing. Clean and had everything you needed. Host was helpful and responsive. Neighborhood was iffy but we always felt safe. Though i wished i could take a walk, which we couldn’t. Parking was tough but typical i think for the island.

Peace of Mine🌞

Our stay was wonderful! The property is up the hill on 2 acres looking out towards Thatch Key, with the described 100 steps down. I think the online description of 110 steps to the water may give some the impression that the water is accessible, it absolutely is not. Otherwise though it is an incredibly special spot and the house holds a crowd well. We were grandparents, two sets of grown children with our 4 grandchildren ages 4,6, 13 & 15, as well as our adult daughter. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. The flora and fauna surround the house and pool- it is lovely.

Breathtaking Views & Best of the Best Hosts!

We come from a “tropical” climate - Florida, USA, so we’re blessed to enjoy a little paradise of our own. But this place truly does capture what paradise should feel like!!! The pool was so serene, the photos do not do it justice!!! The home is fully equipped to enjoy space to spread out if traveling with a large party (we had 10 of us - so a little “away” time from each other was possible if we needed it!). The home was immaculate inside & out and beautifully decorated but not overdone so much that it felt uninviting! The property manager/host point of contact, Lisa was absolutely amazing from booking to post-vacation communication & THAT is what made the difference for me! Majority of us have never travelled outside of the US mainland, so there were plenty of questions & inquiries made to ensure we weren’t missing anything to think about! Lisa was timely in her responses to us as well as providing additional info in case we needed it! After our stay, she remained in contact for some last minute things that arose upon check-out & truly left us with a warm feeling to book with them again in the future without hesitation!!! Whale watching, sun bathing, snorkeling and many more! Close to Red Hook, the bar, restaurants, supermarket, and the ferry to St John, yet totally private and away from the bustle.
Hanging in the infinity pool that overlooks Atlantic Ocean in front of us, makes it all worthwhile! Our villa gives everyone their own space when they need it, but also give you places to gather together in small and big groups. It's a big, fun, relaxed , warm and inviting Villa.
