Great Condo

We stayed in the complex years ago and love the location. Yu can walk out the back door and the river is right there to float or just sit in a chair and enjoy the water.

Excellent we all liked it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything with the property was great. I was worried about all the rules, wristbands etc., but really it was never needed. Maybe they need to do that in the summer with all the party poeple to keep their property nice and I understand that.

Hello Mark! Thank you for the great 5 star review! The rules are in place to avoid trespassers that would lead to overcrowding as this is a popular spot on the Comal River. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you in the future! Thanks NBE

Getaway Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 definitely enjoyed every bit of vacation with NBE. We stayed right off the river at the Comal Condos. The privacy we had was great! My son and I enjoyed early morning and evening fishing, tons of fish were caught! The view from our room was beautiful and our property rental was spacious enough for all of us! The property manager even came down to meet us, which we loved! Walking distance to schlitterbauhn and Texas tubes! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wurstfest 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was in a great location to all things we were interested in. That being said it wasn’t the cleanest and could use some TLC. The towel rack in the second bathroom fell off the wall, four clocks in the living area but none were set or working, not clean in terms of dust buildup on and around baseboards, no place to put luggage. Simple things that make the difference between a very nice rental and an ok rental.

Cathy, Thank you for the honest review. We are sorry you feel the need to leave a bad review after leaving your stay without bringing any issues up to us to try and fix. We would have been more than happy to resend our cleaners if we would have been made aware the unit was not clean properly. We would have also sent maintenance out to fix the towel rack that fell out of the wall. We strive our best to ensure all of our guests have a 5 star stay and we are sorry that we fell short during your stay. Thanks, NBE

Annual friends and family river float trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. It was beautiful inside and out. The surroundings were secure and private. We were able to start the float trip and stop at our property about an hour into the float. Perfect to re up on snacks and drinks. After the float trip we were able to relax right on the river. Amazing location, property and people. The office where we picked up the codes and bracelets was staffed by the most friendly people. We can’t wait to go back. What an amazing time. If you’re considering this place to stay, go for it! You will not be disappointed but amazed.

Beautiful Condo on the Comal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at the condo! The Comal River had flooded so we headed to Schlitterbahn for the first two days. By day three the river had gone down to safe level to float. There is a great 20 minute run from the condo grounds, through a chute and exit to the right. One block walk back to the condo. We did it 4-5 times and kids never got tired. The condo was clean and efficient. Well-decorated and appointed with kitchen utensils. The BBQ grills along the river were nice. Bring your own charcoal, scraper and grilling utensils. Safe, gated, and wristbands were required so as to keep the property to tenants and renters.Property managers and rental agency was easy to work with.
