Denna romantiska, mysiga stuga sitter lĂ€ngs en av Seaside avskilda fotstigar. Även om denna lilla stuga tjĂ€nar som gĂ€sthus för sitt huvudhus, kommer Crisobel, pĂ„ grund av privatlivet frĂ„n den frodiga landskapsplaneringen, aldrig att mĂ€rka anslutningen - om du inte vill.

Vid ankomsten befinner du dig i det öppna vardagsrummet och matplatsen som öppnar mot en privat dÀck. Ett litet kök Àr utrustat med varmluftsugn och diskmaskin, och en tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare runt om första vÄningen.

En bred trÀtrappa leder till den vackra drottningen loft sovrum sviten omges med fönster som ger utsikt över landskapsarkitekturen och bringar solstrÄlen inuti och utrustad med plattskÀrms-TV och stereoanlÀggning. En liten om vad som görs utanför en speciell semesterupplevelse

Tanken bakom Seaside kom frĂ„n 1946, nĂ€r överfaren till framtiden grundare Robert S. Davis köpte 80 hektar mark lĂ€ngs kusten av nordvĂ€stra Florida som en sommar retrĂ€tt för sin familj. År 1979 arvde Davis paketet frĂ„n sin farfar och syftade till att förvandla den till en gammaldags strandstad med traditionella trĂ€dramade stugor i Florida Panhandle.

För tre Ärtionden blev staden Seaside etablerad. Och det Àr en del av Seaside's magi. Det Àr en stad. En Florida Beach Town. Det Àr charmigt, graciöst, eklektiskt, autentiskt, romantiskt. We had a great time at this house! The location is fantastic. The walk to downtown Seaside and to the beach takes less than 5 minutes. Beaches were not crowded at all and was very peaceful. The property was very clean and the property managers had great communication.

Check in was easy - location was perfect to beach, pool and shopping. The place was clean and well stocked. The only small complaint was the pillows were very flat. Overall everything was wonderful!

Relaxing Beach Stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The carriage house was perfect for a couple. It was cozy with cute furnishings. The location was great.

Needs some updating and a deep clean

Let’s start with the good. The location is incredible. The outdoor seating area is great. This property has a lot of potential. Now, for the rest. The place needs a thorough deep clean, including the nasty white couch cover. The faucet in the master (see photo) is loose beyond belief, but the management company blamed the owners. The furniture is sub thrift store. The lighting fixtures are ancient. The kitchen is not a place where you could cook - not even as good as a Residence Inn. The dining table and placemats were old and filthy. Management company doesn’t include tissues. No closet. End tables were lousy pedestals with no room for drawers or lamps (see photo).If the owners spent a mere 5,000 on repairs and updates, this could be awesome. But It’s not.

Seaaide

Location was perfect! Short walks to everything. Seaside became our favorite beach town! The little cozy guest house was perfect for a short stay. We are looking for a place to possibly stay a little longer as snowbirds, but don’t think we could manage that for longer than a week here. We ate most of our meals out at the many fun places around town. Cooking a full meal would be a challenge in the tiny kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was wonderful after a day at the beach followed up at the lap pool. We had a fabulous time!

The house itself and location are fantastic. The issues we ran into were with the property management. When we arrived we had to clean several dishes that still had food and grease on them and when we went to get ice we found what looked like black mold on it and in the ice container. It looked to me like the ice machine hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I did reach out to the management and they sent someone to look at it. However, I had to reach back out to management after almost 24 hours to find out that someone had actually come to check it out. The only option given was to shut off the refrigerator for 24 hours and then have it cleaned. That really wasn’t an option as we had perishable items that needed to stay refrigerated and no other alternative was offered. When I mentioned we had been buying ice they did offer to bring several bags of ice and a cooler but, minus a freezer to keep the ice frozen, this didn’t seem like a viable option.The place was dusty, the shower grout was mildewed, and the downstairs ceiling fan was set on low and there was no remote.Again, we loved the property but feel the property wasn’t well managed.

Perfect little getaway

The house was very close to the beach access, which made getting to the beach with our items a breeze. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I, and we would definitely come back for another stay!

Sweet little cottage

Great place for the two of us! We walked to everything, and loved the location. The cottage had everything we needed...although if you are driving, I would bring your own pillows! We would rent again!
