This 2022-built modern 3b, 2.5b townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for group of friends, couples, families with kids, business travelers. The location is very convenient for visitors to downtown Seattle, UW, Greenlake, tourist attractions and parks. Only 3 blocks away from the Woodland Park Zoo. A free private off-street parking is at the back of the townhouse. It has a large private rooftop deck with panoramic views. Convenient to commercials, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
The space
This 3B 2.5B brand new townhouse is located in the heart of Fremont. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the 1st floor, one of the bedroom has an office desk which allows you to work remotely. 2nd floor is the living room with dining area, kitchen and a powder room. Master bedroom with a private full bath is on the 3rd floor. And a huge roof deck with outdoor chairs and tables so you can have your breakfast while enjoying the views of Seattle city skyline, Mt. Rainier, space needle, Cascade mountains, etc.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private rooftop deck and the private off-street parking.
Other things to note
We provide board games, and a smart TV with Netflix account, have some entertaining time while visiting the place, enjoy it!
