Great place

We stayed here with six people for a fishing trip. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Right on the water with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Venice and recommend it.

Perfect location in Venice

Very clean- ice machine was so nice and handy. We never ran short of ice even w two boats and 6 people. We tied our boats up to the dock just outside of back door. Porch was perfectly positioned for the sunrise w coffee. Porch fan made sitting outside very comfortable in shade w temps in low 90’s. Great place to stay on water and watch boats come and go! One of the best boat houses in Venice.

Well equipped for fishing trip

Never see such a lean and new gas grill on all of the houseboats we been staying last 15 yrs. Working propane cooker is a plus for us to deep fry our fish outside.

Need to provide an Ice maker. There weren't even trays in the freezer to make ice with. There was a strong odor. Smelled like cat urine.

Pay a lot, get a little.

No hot water, no ice machine, infestation of roaches, toilet requied flushing with a pail of water. Most camps here have ice machines that charge this much.

BEWARE OF STAIRS

All bedrooms are not on same floor. You have to go outside and climb VERY steep stairs to reach the top two bedrooms. Otherwise is was newly redone and we enjoyed our stay!
