Location, location, location !!
Det är förtöjd bara 70 meter söder om Venedig Marina Restaurant and Fish Nämnden mot parkeringen men ändå möjliggör enkel åtkomst till alla Mississippifloden Passes och alla hotspots för fiske, jakt eller dykning.

Du kommer att hitta dig själv i skuggan på de heta dagarna efter att ha fiskat, eftersom städstationen ligger på bakdäcket mot nordöstra.

Our House Boat är nyligen uppdaterad med 4 sovrum och 2 badrum. Innehav totalt 14 bäddar (vissa tvilling och vissa drottning storlek) kan sova 18 i sängar och ett par mer på soffor.

Köket har 2 kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, fisk fritös, 2 uppsättningar grytor och pannor med matchande fat-ware, glasögon för hela familjen och en diskmaskin för att hjälpa till med allt.

Vardagsrummet har en frysbox, tvättmaskin och torktumlare dolda bort runt hörnet från surroundljudet, satellit-TV, 65 "TV och en 40" tv på motstående sidor av baren.

Docken har en 250 pund kommersiell ismaskin på en 800 lb bröstkorg, gasgrill, propan Seafood Boiler, städstation och bänksits och hopfällbara stolar att luta sig tillbaka och koppla av.

Platsen är välutrustad men ta med sig eget toalettpapper och pappershanddukar. Jag lager inte pappersprodukter och jag levererar bara upp till 10 papperskorgen per gäst.

Min hushållerska håller platsen mycket ren. Hon behöver exklusiv användning av den på växlande dagar mellan klockan 12 och 4 p. m för att göra så. Om rengöring damerna är klar med det före 4 p. m. gästen kommer att underrättas om en tidig incheckning tillgänglighet. Nice Place

Very roomy and has everything you need. I would book again on the next trip. The only thing I might change is to have another bedroom with a queen size bed. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.

Venice Fishing Trip

Houseboat was exactly what we needed. Easy on and off from the parking lot. Owner quickly answered and resolved all questions/issues. Our new go-to houseboat in Venice.

Fish Alibi

Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Central ac wasn’t cool. Window units worked well. Fans were available to move air towards the bedroom but didn’t help much.

Fishing Trip

Other than checking in about 45 minutes late, as the property was still being cleaned, we had an awesome stay. Cliff was great and we will be looking to stay there next year on our annual event. Great property and very convenient to everything.

Great Houseboat!

This was our second stay and will definitely not be our last. This place is perfect for a group of fishermen. Ice machine, freezer, and two bathrooms! Love this place. Will be back next year!

As perfect as we could expect.

Our stay at the Fishy Alibi was about as perfect as we could expect. The place was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that you would need in a fish camp. It is very convenient to the parking lot which made unloading our gear a luggage very easy. It was also a very easy walk to the marina and restaurant. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Venice.

Old guys redfish trip

Absolute perfect location! I have stayed in Venice many times. Some real fancy places, this was perfect for 8 Old guys who need to pee a lot at night, nice bathrooms!! Most nights we had 12 people for dinner, eight of us plus the guides. No issues. Will definitely return

Good Houseboat

This one has most everything needed for a fishing or hunting trip. Lots of beds and easy access to parking lot. Only complaint is no Wifi but we didn’t contact manager so maybe it is available. Would stay here again.

I was introduced to Venice by friends and have been coming here from Michigan since 2011 for the world-class fishing.

My father and I have been avid sportsmen our whole lives. When he told me that he was selling his business and that he would like my help to find a place on the water, I knew just where to take him.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This may seem strange to some of you (especially if you haven't experienced it) but renting smaller house boats located along the main thorough fare of the marina may give you the feeling that you are still on a boat. The location of our Fishy Alibi property has less exposure to the wake put off by the other boats coming and going. I would contribute the solid feeling of it to it's sheer size as well but, whatever it is, I don't feel like I am still out on the water when I am staying in the Fishy Alibi.

No more hauling the wagon back and forth! That haul takes time and energy that is better used settling in with a drink my friend. The Fishy Alibi's position against the parking lot has many other advantages as well like walking to and from the store, bar and restaurant are easy, short trips. Get your fish on the board, walk home to get what you need and back to the bar in 7 minutes.

I like the number of rooms and guests have said that having 2 bathrooms alleviates a lot of issues with larger groups in the morning trying to get out fishing.

Here in Venice you can fish year round, 24/7, a great place to shoot ducks, geese, rabbits, wild hogs and even deer. You can fish for bass, red fish, speckled trout, tuna, marlin, dolphin (all in the same day!) and you never know what you might see on your way out. It's common to see Manta Rays, Whale Sharks, Mola Mola, Turtle and Sperm Whales.
